We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

Nous serons ravis de vous recevoir dans notre logement, situé à 5 minutes du magnifique village de Saint Emilion au milieu du vignoble, notre quartier est calme, vous pourrez croiser nos voisins les viticulteurs. Vous disposerez de une terrasse, jardin Parking x 2 voitures,le lieu parfait pour visiter nôtre région! Idéale couple avec 2 enfants ou 3 adultes. Restaurant 1mn à pied, boucherie, boulangerie épiceries 1mn, Carrefour 10mn , Bordeaux 45mn, bassin Arcachon océan 1h22. A bientôt !

Bakery and grocery store in village 1.5km We have a very nice Breton Spaniel dog.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Beds made and towels. Separate bathroom and toilet. Independent and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Former pheasant aviary, very recently restored, you will have at your disposal a 40 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view, a very large 45 m2 living room (a sofa + a single bed) and a spacious 14 m2 bedroom (a 160 cm double bed).
