Intimate air-conditioned and fully-equipped cottage, just like at home. Located in a cul-de-sac, 340 m above sea level, in a very sunny region of South West France. Enclosed outdoor area. Ideal temperatures all year round. The protected lagoon, the surf spot, the rondavelles, its WE concerts and all amenities are 8 minutes away by car, St Gilles 25 minutes away, Etang-Salé 15 minutes away. Very well located cottage, west region ideal climate all year round. Very nice sea view. Located less than 10 minutes from the beaches of St-Leu, Ermitage, La Saline, Trou d'eau, Etang-Salé. 10 minutes from a shopping center, immediate access to the expressway (Route des Tamarins), 5 minutes from Kelonia (turtle farm), the Mascarins Botanical Garden, the Stella Matutina Museum, paragliding. From the veranda, you can watch stunning sunsets and paragliders fly over.

Le piton St Leu is located in the heights of St Leu, 6 km from the lagoon. Ideal for sightseeing. Piton is a 15 mm walk from our home, where you'll find Creole cuisine, takeaway food, supermarkets, etc. The house is made of wood, well insulated, airy, quiet, situated on a country road, surrounded by birds of the field, coconut trees and houses. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking from the terrace as you sip a local p "ti rhum. What a delight!

Our Wood House is a rustic cottage, maintained, furnished and equipped: it is a cozy studio of about 25m² with private access (+ a new parking space), with garden and sea view terrace (and whales during the love period from mid-July to mid-September), all about 8 minutes by car from the 4 lanes (access La Possession) and less than 15 minutes from the Port whatever the time. (Note: a 2nd larger chalet is available looking for "Guest House de Chou&Dou")
