Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Traveling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, folding crib, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

We had a lovely stay. The house met our expectations in every way with impeccable cleanliness. The place is quiet and the pool is not overlooked. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. An important point, Marie was very available for our questions or needs. We'll be back without a second thought.

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Virginie's house is brand new and beautifully decorated. It is very quiet and you can relax well. Check-in and check-out worked very well. Unfortunately, the stove was defective, but Virginie provided a separate hotplate as a replacement. She answers inquiries immediately in case of uncertainty. Unfortunately, the location in the midst of beautiful nature has its price: the mosquitoes tormented us a lot, so we spent less time on the great terrace than intended. But that's the way it is. We can only recommend the house.

Very nice small stay with everything available and well thought out. Zen decor and atmosphere, cozy. Isabelle listens to arrivals. I would recommend this little haven of peace without hesitation .

Very nice accommodation for a group of 8 people. The house is very well equipped inside and out and very clean. Lots of activities even in winter thanks to the games room. Thanks to the host for being responsive and making this stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house was super – stylish, clean and perfectly located. Emmanuel was a great host and even organized an aperitif for our arrival at our request – a great introduction to the days ahead. The surroundings are simply stunning and invite you to relax and discover. We would come back anytime!

The house is super modern and had ample space for our group of 12. It's also a big plus that we were able to travel with our dog. The pool as well as the terrace area were not equally clean opposite the interior. However, there was also a lot of pollen dust during our arrival. We highly recommend the house! We spent super cool days in Seignosse and would be happy to come back.

Very nice, cozy, bright villa. The pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court. As big fans of Lege Cap Ferret, we were delighted to discover Sophie’s place in Quartier Mimbeau. The house is centered around a spacious and luxurious living room with very high ceilings. Doors on two sides open into the terraces and garden, allowing an unrivalled feeling of openness. The garden itself is small, private and extremely beautiful. The kitchen is also small but very well equipped - we used it every day. The dishwasher was on the small side. For our family it was a big advantage that there is a private bungalow, containing one bedroom. Each bedroom has its own big en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. The beds are queen size. We especially enjoyed eating on the terrace in the back and doing yoga on the front terrace. Even though we would have loved an outdoor shower, there is a tap for cleaning sandy feet and wetsuits. We highly recommend Sophie’s Villa.

I rent houses on a regular basis. Lynn and Kristoff house is on of the best rental I have experienced in terms of location, quality of house and friendliness of the owners. We were 8 adults renting the house for 5 days and we were all unanimous about this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. This house will exceed anybody’s expectations. Congratulations!! 👏👏

Nice quiet house located. There are not so many shopping opportunities in the village, but the location is great, 20 minutes to the beach and in just over an hour you can reach hot spots such as Bordeaux, Arcachon, Biarritz, San Sebastian, etc. Perfect as a base for excursions. In addition, the house, garden, pool is in great condition and perfect for relaxing 👌🏻

The house is simply beautiful and completely suitable for hosting a large family or a nice tribe. Impeccable kitchen, it has everything. The rooms are spacious and bright, the dormitories were a hit with the teens and the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi) won everyone over! Yvan was a great help with tips and good spots to visit. I recommend this house 1000%!!

House was even nicer than the pictures and host was on top of everything from check-in to recommendations. Great neighborhood with easy walk to beach and short bike to everything in town and around the lake.

We stayed at this great house for 2 weeks. Everything was as indicated. We appreciated the quiet environment very much and were able to relax very well. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. A plus is also the proximity to Arcachon and the Medoc and Bordeaux. We definitely recommend this house and thank you for being a guest. The villa was exactly as pictured and as described. The house was very clean, and the pool was a real delight. If we were to mention a small downside, although it did not spoil our excellent stay at all, it would be the size of the petanque court, a little too short. Andrea has always been very responsive and gave us many tips for sightseeing, restaurants, and must-see places. We spent a pleasant week with friends in this villa, with a big plus: each had their own bedroom and bathroom.
