The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
