It is set just 15 mins from the main A20 North to South & connections S West. however it benefits from a calm location within the old historical chapter and all amenities of the lovely Town. We are located in western Central France just North of the beautiful city of Limoges. Often referred to as the French Lake District we are 25 mins to St Pardoux including swimming beaches & an aqua park. Free wifi throughout the house including the terrace!

We have a modern 2 bedroom Gite, fully equipped and self contained. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a twin (two single beds). The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 2 people.

Located within the Haras de Pezard, a fully renovated house awaits you for a quiet stay or a business stopover amidst the meadows and hedgerows of the Haut-Limousin. The cottages of the old orchard, 2-person cottage located to the left of the farmhouse, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from October 6 to April 21) and garden furniture allows you to enjoy the sun; you can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
