Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

Sonia's place is just amazing! Clean, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and functional. But above all the veranda, the pool, the sauna and the garden are wonderful! We had a great time at this cottage! It is in a great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. In addition, Sonia is responsive, welcoming and caring towards her guests. We highly recommend it!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Welcoming and warm contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and then you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and sights are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

Really very welcoming host, the accommodation is new and very nice. I would recommend it and would come back without hesitation if I have to stay in the Rennes area again.

We had an idyllic stay at Marie-Pierre's accommodation. The place is even nicer than the pictures. Marie-Pierre is a very friendly host, it was a pleasure to meet her... In short, everything is perfect, we are more than delighted. Everything is great. Recommended +++++

This is a very cool, modern purpose-built guesthouse. It has very modern facilities, including coffee machine etc. The heating is a very cool automatic wood-fire, but it is quite complicated so I would recommend discussing it with Adrien so he can set the timer to suit you. The location is very rural, with chickens and geese for neighbours! It was perfect for my cycle ride up through France to St Malo.

The place was really perfect for a short stay. We were delighted and so were our two dogs. The garden is really well fenced, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Odile was very kind and we'll be happy to come back if possible :)

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Great family stay at Elise's! The house is very nice and close to many tourist/cultural sites (Dinan, St-Malo, Cancale, Bourbansais Zoo, tree climbing sites, etc.). Élise is super responsive and attentive. We will be back!

We stayed in the apartment for three nights and had a great time. The apartment was very spacious and cooking went well in the large kitchen. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. In the beautiful weather, we would certainly have enjoyed the apartment's terrace and yard. I can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

We had a great week at this beautiful house in Cancale. The house is spacious, bright and very well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It is ideally, in a quiet environment, while being close to the center and the sea.

Great hospitality from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. We mix the old and the modern in a relaxing and pleasant setting where the living is good.
