We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160 x 200) and 1 bed 140 x 190, fully equipped kitchen, games area, desk. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking allowed, pets not allowed. Housekeeping by you (housekeeping package €70 upon request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

On the facade of the main house, in the heart of the village, nothing suggests the presence of the small house. Between courtyard and garden, at the top of the stone staircase, a guest house overlooking a shaded garden without overlooking awaits you. If the courtyard is a space for meeting and socializing with the locals, the garden will allow you to enjoy a space of privacy, a green setting overlooking the village where you can eat your meals and relax.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
