One of the best places in Montreal! Catherine is a very friendly host who will welcome you with a smile! She is a person who brings life to this warm house, tastefully decorated and always clean, and she is very attentive to her tenants. Whether you want to chat or keep quiet, it adapts. Personally I was greeted with a homemade sangria sipped in the company of the neighbors friends who live just below and it was a real pleasure :) Don't be afraid to leave your room!

We loved the place. I lived in Verdun for a long time and now that I no longer live there, I like to go back from time to time. The accommodation is close to Wellington Street and a metro station, parking is easy. It was really perfect. A secure code to enter the Airbnb, a code for the bedroom, a clean and modern private bathroom. Access to the shared kitchen where there was more than necessary. Several rooms were booked during our stay, but it remained very quiet, we did not hear the other visitors. Michelle is full of little touches. We really enjoyed the place and will return for our next stays in Verdun without hesitation.

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).
