The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the hut, is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, sign of frozen...) and 3 minutes from the heart of the city of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). We would like to welcome to our gite in the heart of rural Limousin. Here you can relax in peace and tranquility or explore the many lakes and walking/cycling routes in the area. You are not too far away from Futuroscope or Lac de Saint-Pardoux, Velorail or Kayaking in Confolens if you fancy getting out and ⁰about.
