very small house in the village of Thiat (10 km from Bussieres Poitevine ), on 2 floors ,a 15-minute walk from the river , kitchen / living room on the ground floor and on the floor, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The staircase is not suitable for elderly people. there is no garden but the countryside is all around! easy parking in front of the house , bike loan possible . Quiet location.
