Monthly Rentals in Saint-Mars-d'Outillé

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

The apartment is just perfect to fully enjoy a stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Very clean and well appointed, Benedicte and Yann welcomed us with a smile. Thank you for this stay, highly recommend.

Very clean and well-maintained accommodation. We feel good there, it's very cozy. We didn't miss a thing. Clarisse is a discreet, pleasant and available host. I would highly recommend it!

Great communication from Pascal and Martine. Property is set in a lovely part of the country close enough to Teloche and Le Mans for shops etc but far enough away that there is no disturbances. Sitting outside in the evening with the birds tweeting away was very relaxing. Property had all the appliances you need for your stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank You John
