In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two cities classified as a small town of character. You can admire the Basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions within the area. We are close to the forests of Belleme, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cidrerie, cheese maker, organic vegetable & others..

Countryside cottage

Renovated old furnished and independent from our house, in the middle of a large lot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I specify that they are placed at a distance from the accommodation and therefore do not cause any noise. The perch is an ideal region if you are looking for a setting of peace, no neighborhood close to the house; this allows you to have a stay in tranquility and relaxation.

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
