Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Laurent-sur-Mer

Nous avons passé 3 jours en famille avec de jeunes enfants chez Sylvie. Elle a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous, avec des bouquets de fleurs et des cadeaux de la région. La plage est très agréable et peu fréquentée, située dans une région protégée, ce qui procure un véritable sentiment de dépaysement et de sérénité. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour accueillir une famille et permet de se sentir à l'aise, que ce soit pour les grands-parents, les parents ou les petits-enfants.

wonderful stay. centrally located for the invasion beaches. pictures don't do this place justice. absolutely great spot. communication was great. fast and informative. we would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de nous rencontrer mais Marie nous avait donner toutes les indications sur le logement et des conseils de sortie dans la région. Le logement était impeccable et parfait pour nôtres grande famille.

Superbe gîte dans un environnement très calme. Le logement était parfaitement propre, très bien équipé, spacieux. Le jardin privatif est trsè agréable. Le bourg est accessible à pied en moins de 10 minutes avec boulangerie, etc. Communication très fluide et précise. Tout était parfait !

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Not only was the home cozy and beautifully appointed, but the tranquil surroundings and farmland were spectacular. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay, lovely owner and beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Relatively close to a lot of touristic sites if you are by car. Would love to stay another time, we enjoyed our time here so much!

The place was great and Thierry was extremely responsive. We had asked him for a small favour since we wanted to leave our bags somewhere safe and Thierry wholeheartedly let us check in early.

Romain Et Céline's AirBnb was a lovely little retreat in Caen. You can reach it from the train station with a 30 minute walk or you can take the tram which gets you there in about 10-15 minutes. The location is in the center of the city. It is a five minute walk to several restaurants for dinner and you are never further than 20-25 minutes walk from most of the popular tourist sites. The listing itself had all the promised amenities. There was not much sound at night so we all slept well. Three of us comfortably used the space. The internet was also able to handle all of us using it at the same time. The shower also had good water pressure and hot water. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the check-out instructions were quite reasonable. Romain messaged to ask how our stay was going was quick to respond whenever I had questions. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to rent this AirBnb again.

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Nous recommandons ce logement: cosy, propre et bien rangé, de la place pour les affaires, bien situé,… Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi mais en mieux. Il y a même une jolie cheminée électrique. Nous reviendrons et avons hâte de séjourner de nouveau au Chalet d’été. Nous remercions Magda pour sa réactivité et sa communication fluide et conviviale (et bravo pour la propreté!).

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

L’attention portée aux détails était remarquable, avec des touches personnelles qui ont rendu notre séjour unique : des draps frais et doux, une literie de qualité, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, et des petits gestes attentionnés qui font toute la différence. L’emplacement était idéal, nous permettant de découvrir facilement les merveilles des environs tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible. Chaque moment passé ici a été un pur bonheur, et nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour avoir fait de notre séjour une expérience mémorable. The cottage was everything advertised and more. Beds were very comfortable; literature was provided for local attractions, groceries restaurants; emergency contacts, etc. Loved the horses on their breeding farm, and the serene rural setting - just the perfect distance from everything we came to see. Our gracious host, Venessa, was bilingual and spoke English, which made communicating with her much easier. The kitchen as well as the entire cottage was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. She had even provided games, and other children items -which we didn’t need - but we appreciated seeing the details given to the needs of visiting families. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but would have enjoyed spending time at both amenities, given more time for our trip. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone desiring to travel to the Normandy area of France.

Wir haben das Haus so vorgefunden, wie wir es vorgestellt wurde und wie wir es erwartet haben. Der Hausteil ist gut und sympathisch eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der Wintergarten. Hier hätte ich allerdings im Hochsommer bedenken, da eine Abschattung des Glasdaches nicht möglich war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

La villa correspond parfaitement à la description faite sur le site. Idem pour les équipements présents. Tout été impeccable et nous avons passé un très bon séjour Michael a également été disponible et de bon conseil en amont quand nous en avions eu besoin

We went here for an extended family break with small kids. It was perfect! The garden was big with beautiful cherry trees that tasted absolutely delicious! There was so much space for the children to run around and a beautiful terrace so sit out on in the evenings. The house was perfect and kitted out for all we needed. There aren’t many amenities around so you have to drive to the shops but that was fine. The walk to the beach was lovely and only 1km away, the children loved playing there. Louise was very helpful and very responsive, the place was very clean and not cluttered. A very stylish house! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you!
