Absolutely beautiful apartment in fantastic location. I could not believe my luck to find such a gem. It was comfortable, quiet and had everything you could possible need. Everything about it was perfect.

Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

From our check in to check out, Gail was a kind host to communicate with. Very responsive, on the ball and very helpful. The unit was very clean and check in was very seamless. The ocean views from the unit were priceless. This space is perfect for a large group and for families to create memories. 5 star all the way!

Michael's place in St. Kitts surpassed our expectations. Brand new, spotless, and spacious, it felt like a luxurious home away from home, outshining a high-end hotel we stayed at. Its prime location, a short walk to a vibrant strip of food and bars, was perfect. Michael's attention to detail, from a fully-equipped kitchen to travel advice, enhanced our experience. His hospitality included airport transfers, saving us ~$50 in taxi fares, and a memorable meal at his restaurant with some of the best burgers we've ever had. Michael was more than a host; he was a guide and a friend, always ready with suggestions and answers. This was our best Airbnb experience. Highly recommend for an amazing stay and a superb host. Can't wait to return. Five stars!

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

Our stay at Exotic Comfort Cottage was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Philip went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The cottage itself was everything we hoped for—nice, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts of home. A standout feature was the bathroom, which was beautifully designed and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Philip’s hospitality truly made this experience unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Oksana's place was excellent. We were happy with the location. Check in was easy and flexible. The unit was clean and well equipped and was exactly as it was described on the posting. We will be back again soon and plan to book again. Love St. Kitts!

It’s a good location and nice apartment to rent.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

Our most recent visit to Nevis marked our second time staying at Starfish Cottage (first stay in November 2024). Both times we felt right at home and appreciated the newness and freshness of the Cottage. This time we noticed some discoloration in the toilets and bathtub, but it didn’t cause us to question the cleanliness of the property. We love this property for its quiet location and being ideally situated across from the beach. We love having the ability to bring our four year old to splash in the waves and make sand castles at any time of the day without an ounce of inconvenience. The property is set up like a little compound, with the sister cottages sharing a yard and perfectly sized plunge pool. It’s an amazing setup for different family units who are traveling together to be in close proximity but have their own separate personal space. We look forward to staying again and again!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

It was our first time on Nevis. Gary met us at the water taxi and led us by car to help us find the house and get settled. Each night breezes blew through the screened windows and louvered doors. Tropical rain storms came over the mountains and pitter patter on the metal roof. The sounds of birds, monkeys and the trade winds are your white noise. Air conditioning was in the bedrooms with common spaces ventilated by open windows. The pool was crystal clear, warm and looked to have been recently redone. Views are beautiful and daily we watched humming birds and monkeys from the balcony. Generally Nevis is a tropical so mosquitoes and wildlife are on the bingo card The owners could not be nicer people and were always helpful with recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at villa tranquil, Carmesha the host was lovely to deal with and so friendly. We had no complaints about anything during our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and it worked out great, highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay.

Nevis is a gem if you want a peaceful and relaxing respite. The villa was just as described. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. The view and sound of the water just steps away was amazing. The beach was pristine with smooth sand; clear, clean, blue water and spectacular views of St. Kitts and Mount Nevis. No seaweed, rocks or crowded beaches. There are three great restaurants within walking distance. If you are adventurous, I recommend renting a vehicle and exploring the island yourself. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed Nevis Hot Springs and several restaurants including Golden Rock, Mem’s Pizza, Sunshine’s, Mojo’s, and Yachtman’s Grill plus taking in the views of the island. Vanessa was a dream to work with so do take advantage of the concierge services she provides. We had a fantastic week and appreciate Chris and Dawn for sharing their piece of paradise with us.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was clean and had very pretty floral surroundings . There were two outdoor balconies with views as well . Cute kitchen and comfortable beds ..met all expectations:)

Our host Bruce was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us with every need. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beautiful views and pool! Walkable distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! We’ll be back! Overall great experience and absolutely gorgeous island.

Christine, and Tracy the onsite manager, were absolutely delightful to work with! No problems, no miscommunication, and a lovely unit in perfect order. 100% recommend for anyone wanting enjoy Frigate Bay and St Kitts! Hours on the deck in the evening and not one mosquito bothered me. Amazing view and complete silence at night with the windows closed. Very well maintained property and grounds.

Barbara greeted us and explained everthing in person. We had a wonderful time and walked to nearby restaurants which were plentiful. Showers in both bedrooms were awesome. The kitchen had all the supplies for cooking. A walkable nearby store only steps away had all we needed. The pool was always tended too each day and walking the beach with the waves from the Atlantic was just breath taking and relaxing.

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.

This lovely 6-unit building in Half Moon Bay offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the golf course! There is an infinity pool behind the building which is terrific! The unit has 11’ ceilings and is spacious and spotlessly clean. You’ll need a car to stay here. The host and her property manager are very efficient and very personable! We loved staying here and would love to go back again!
