Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Kitts and Nevis

Jackie and her husband were the best hosts! They were very understanding of our needs and even when the ferry got canceled they let us back into the home until the next ferry! They were quick with responses and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again!

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.

Iris and Calypso are beautifully designed two level villas on a hillside overlooking a harbor of small boats, a simple beach side resort, hills to right & left, and across the water hills & mountain of St Kitts. Over all is the sea & sky, wonderfully changing thru the day. Swimming beach is a short walk down a steep hill. Iris, (upper level) where we stayed for 8 days, has a wide covered verandah with large table at which we ate all our meals. (Calypso is larger than Iris). Sunsets were spectacular! The apartment is airy with screened sliding doors and large windows- we hardly used the ceiling fans. The king bed was more comfy than at home! Kitchen has all necessary cooking and eating ware. Nevis is a true gem - peaceful & relaxed. We completely relaxed & loved our stay & will return hopefully next year.

It was awesome and comfortable in that home. Nice people! Nice space and the yard was big and nice!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Maria’s for over 2 months. The location is excellent, right over and walking distance to the most peaceful and charming beach on the island. Maria and the hosts were so gracious and thoughtful. They were quick to respond to anything and insured a great stay. The sunset views can’t be beat. Will stay again!

This place and area was easily accessible. Very tranquil and beautiful surroundings. An abundance of restaurants and night spots for visit and also very close to the beautiful beach ⛱️. Luv it

Me and my family had a lovely time at Dale’s place. It is a beautiful location, up a hill. So glad we had a car. We had a miss fortune off landing with a tropical rain storm so we were late arriving. But Dale was at the property waiting for us making sure we were okay. She very friendly and approachable. You can ask her anything and she very knowledge about the local area. We have been to a few Caribbean islands, St Kitts is less developed than others but we did not mind that at all. The property itself, we thought was very cosy and had plenty of space for all of us. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and would recommend in heart beat. The property is a typical Caribbean mansion - just come and relax, do your own thing and have a good time at the end of it all. Thank you Dale and wish you all the best in the future

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

We loved the island and our stay. Aside from the construction next door(which hopefully will be done soon), the condo complex is very peaceful and on a beautiful stretch of beach. We often had the beach and pool to ourselves! Our girls loved searching for starfish right off shore. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but the barefoot beach bar restaurant on the property was our favorite along with a couple other places including passions and bananas. We loved our ATV tour with funky monkey with our guide Neil! It was a great way to learn about the history of the island and check out some beautiful off the beaten path spots. Driving on the island was a little tricky as the roads tend to be narrow but we got used to it. A couple things happened over the course of the week but Samuel was always very responsive. We hope to return to Nevis one day and we would definitely stay in Samuel’s condo again.

Staying at the Iris was a dream come true, it was clean and tidy, it had everything I needed to feel at home. I had Urban who I contacted if I had any concerns regarding the property and he was always eager to assist. He even called me periodically to ensure I was ok. I really appreciated this as I had never been to this island before and did not know anyone. They left staple food for me on my arrival and left instructions of various services available. I would go back to the Iris in a heart beat and I highly recommend it. Being a lone traveller I felt safe and secure in my environment. Pictures cannot fully demonstrate the wonderful views from that villa.

The DOME Villa AirBnB rental properties provided an exceptional home away from home experience. The spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom with its magnificent outside view and amenities allowed for total relaxation. The Villa afforded myself and my family an unforgettable, luxurious, and comfortable family vacation experience, of which we'll always cherish. We also found that not only was the home phenomenal, but the host, Raymonde, was such a very welcoming and pleasant person to speak with. She is a most gracious host and thoughtful person. Raymonde and the home concierge, Ricky, both ensured we were comfortable, answered all of our questions, and provided information for locations/restaurants to visit. They both are absolutely extraordinary and wonderful persons, which made our trip easier to enjoy and stress free. The location is just as seen online. It's very close to restaurants, shops & beaches. This is definitely the place where you should stay. You're gonna love it!

About 10-15 minutes from the port, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor apartment is spacious with great views of the mountains and the ocean. This unit also features air conditioning, WiFi, has a full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The apartment manager lives in the downstairs unit and quickly responded to any questions or needs I had. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for someplace quiet away from the city. I would stay here again on future visits to St. Kitts!

Latoya's place exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment has high ceilings, is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Her contact on the island was friendly, responsive and helpful. The apt is located in a quiet neighborhood and the panoramic view is truly breathtaking. I'm already planning my return trip.
