Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

Our stay at Delphine's went very well, the hospitality is impeccable. Delphine made sure that we had everything we needed by being easily reachable by phone. The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and the living room is perfectly suited to a group of 8 people. Highly recommend this sweet spot. If we go back to Mimizan we'll come back here!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stephanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

I booked with Patrice for a family weekend and my wife's 40th birthday. What a good decision! Patrice was proactive, gave us clear instructions and was able to respond to any requests we had. He even made a gesture towards my wife for her birthday that we thank him for! The accommodation overlooks the sea, and the beach is a 2-minute walk around the dunes with the children. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay there! Thanks again Patrice for this truly unforgettable weekend!

We had a great time with my spouse in this beautiful house! The exchanges with Sophie and Roland were clear and friendly. The bikes available allowed us to quickly enjoy the surroundings (ocean, restaurant...). Thank you for everything! We'll be back with pleasure!

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

We had a very nice vacation at Florence's house. Despite it being winter, the house was well heated. Our Dachshund was very happy with her garden. Everything was in perfect condition and very well-equipped. Florence was very clear and was attentive to our check-in and check-out. Both check-in and check-out were autonomous, which made it very comfortable and flexible. The only thing that didn't turn out as we expected was that the house didn't have wifi at the time, and that was one of the reasons we had chosen it. Clarence said they'd noticed this damage just before we arrived. Otherwise, everything worked properly, we didn't need anything.

Small quiet house with a large terrace, sheltered from view, perfect for small children (sandy beach). Easy street parking right next door. After all, everything is within walking distance. Quiet and preserved village. Claudie is very nice and responsive. We'll be back. Great discovery.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. We did not want to leave! Clochette made us feel so very welcome as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay.
