It was used by the guardians of the weir and lock. The most beautiful chateaux, villages, vineyards of the Loire Valley and the Beauval zoo are minutes away.

Located less than a 10-minute drive from the town center of Montrichard where you will find all the essential shops as well as good restaurants. The residence also has a bike storage room.

Lake Chemillé-sur-Indre and tree climbing are 15 minutes away. Just want to rest or go fishing: a private 2 ha pond awaits you 300 m from the cottage. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
