Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Joseph

The view was incredible, the moon and stars were in reach !! Sunrises were even more spectacular. Felt right at home, I highly recommend! Thank you Debbie and Kimberly for hosting us. Perfect getaway!!

Where do I start! I had an amazing time here, with memories to last a lifetime. Engrid and the family were the perfect hosts and made me feel like part of the family. The location and accommodation was perfect and just what I need during my 3 week stay. Engrid went above & beyond expectations and the warm welcome I received was amazing. Engrid arranged a taxi from and to the airport and even arranged a car for my 3 week stay that was all reasonably priced The Lodge was clean and had everything I needed with a beautiful terrace where I would eat my meals every evening. Very private accommodation but Engrid & family members are at hand if needed. If you are looking for a peaceful country side retreat that is no more than 30 mins away from most attractions & parishes, then this is the place. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again and enjoy the peaceful views & sounds of nature once again. Thank you Engrid!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation! The place is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the stunning view is simply breathtaking. A couple of things to keep in mind: Since the windows are not glassed in, insects may visit from time to time. Also, the location is quite remote, so having a car is highly recommended. Overall, our group had a fantastic time, and this stay was truly unforgettable. We would definitely come back!

Great to be so close to Batsheba beach and local hiking trails on the doorstep. When we arrived, Harriet welcomed us and there was a sumptious fruit basket as a welcome gift along with some essentials in the large fridge/freezer which were all very welcome. The aircon in the bedroom was lovely and was very quiet. Harriet was very helpful throughout and was very responsive via Whattsapp to our questions. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! We were in town for a Surf Contest and it was nice to stay a little far away from the competition. The house had an extremely well stocked kitchen, which was great since I did a ton of cooking for the kids while we were there. The house was perfectly clean, spacious with beautiful views. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to Soup Bowl.

Harriett and Vincent were great hosts and were there at the end of the phone if needed. When we arrived Harriett was there to let us in and explained everything. She was very willing to chat and made us feel very welcome. There was a lovely basket of fruit and enough food to make a breakfast before getting to the local supermarket. The house contained everything you would need for self catering from coffee machine to sandwich bags. Clothes washing to hair washing. Although don’t leave your washing on the line overnight… there’s a monkey running around with a black pair of shorts on!!! They liked to explore the washing at night. The view from the balcony is lovely and a very pleasant area with welcoming local people and neighbours. We ate out at local places such as Seaview and Andromeda Botanical Gardens. The gardens are well worth the money to go and visit and the restaurant run by a fantastic local artist houses a lovely art gallery. We had a lovely stay and hopefully will return!

Mario and Keisha were amazing hosts, they made us feel right at home and had thought of every detail to ensure our stay was enjoyable - from beers in the fridge to condiments, toiletries and books, we had everything we needed and more. Several of their recommendations, particularly a walk to Bathsheba, were the best part of our trip. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and spacious. The outside area with the pool and seating is stunning with a beautiful view and we spent many happy hours relaxing here. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wow!! What an amazing stay! I didn’t want to leave. I stayed at this townhouse with my partner, 2 children (3 and 15month) and my mum. It was perfect! Spotlessly clean, easy walk to holetown, great swimming pool, the most beautiful property and location. Full of every amenities you could need. Cleo and Paul are fantastic hosts, always replied within an hour with any of my messages.

I was in Barbados for a brief weekend and this was the perfect location nestled away from the business of Bridgetown. A great place for a reprieve from city life and near many great food and tourist spots. Til next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Morene’s in Barbados. It was like arriving home, in a different country. The house and grounds were in perfect shape and everything in the house was top notch. Fantastic people to deal with, just like close family. Will return again. Wayne

This home had the most amazing views! I loved lying in the hammock and taking in the fresh ocean air and gorgeous views. My boys and I stayed here for a surf contest and it was perfect for us. Each boy had their own room and bathroom. The dining, kitchen and living area were very spacious. This is the perfect house for large groups. It even had multiple refrigerators. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about the place was magnificent! It is situated among old mahogany trees that just engulf you. The house is clean, beautifully designed, makes you feel submersion paradise

I had a wonderful stay at Searocks Apartments! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming—she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She provided helpful local recommendations, which really enriched my trip. What really stood out was her attentiveness: there was a water outage in the area for a day, and before I even realized, she had already brought over fresh water and made sure I was taken care of. That level of care and thoughtfulness made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area—lovely apartment, exceptional host, and an overall great experience!

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

From our first enquiry to check-out, our experience with Preetam and this property was exceptional. We were traveling from Ireland with our 3-year-old and 5-month-old and were a bit nervous, but everything we needed—travel cot, highchair, baby bath, even kids' plates—was ready for us. Though there were no reviews when we booked, we were quickly reassured—the apartment was even better than the photos. Thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked, it’s clear a lot of care went into every detail. We’ve traveled a lot, and this was by far our best accommodation experience. Having the sea right outside was a real treat, and the beach was quiet and peaceful. One note: we’d have been lost without a car, as most restaurants and amenities are around 30 minutes away, there is not a lot in the immediate location. Definitely ask Preetam for restaurant/ disk recommendations! You are in for a treat! It really was the most beautiful place to stay, thank you.

Great Apartment in the beautiful Sugar Hill Resort. Aparment was exactly as per the photos. Fully Equiped with extra towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment, dishwasher/washing machine/dryer etc We love the location, albeit we always hire a car and i feel you need one staying here if you want to visit the beach and restaurants on a daily basis Would 100% recommend this Apartment. Special thanks to the Property Manager Kavell who was always messaging to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. Brillinant Stay on what is an amazing island

Matthew and Barry's home was absolutely lovely – cozy, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Tony was so lovely and helpful throughout our stay – a great man who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Huge thanks to Matthew and Barry for sharing their beautiful space with us, and also a special thanks to Bernadette from afar for her part in making it all happen. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She even arranged a taxi for us at a great rate and allowed a late checkout. The home was stocked with 6 beach towels, beach toys, 1 snorkel mask, umbrella, 2 coolers, pool + arm floaties, making it great for kids. There is a very small charcoal grill however not sure where you would use it? The pool was peaceful, clean, + rarely used by others. A few notes: only bar soap provided + 2 rolls of toilet paper. No cooking oil or coffee grounds. Listing says 8 mins to beach, but it’s really 12 mins, 18 mins w/ small kids. One day, the water was off from 10am–8pm due to a main break (affecting whole area including hotels), but a neighbor shared some water to boil—so kind! Imart is nearby, though I got food poisoning from a pint of ice cream :( Heads-up: Bus is 3.50BDS, kids under 4 ride free on your lap, there’s a 10–12% service charge at some restaurants. Overall, Carol’s hospitality/place made our trip great!

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Preetam was the best host we’ve experienced! Comms, information about the area we were staying in and support were all 1st class. Our rental was just as pictued, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The pool area (there are a few in the apartment clusters) was a great place to spend time and chill out in 30° heat. Rockley golf club was a lovely area to stay, the food at the Club House was delicious. Overall I can’t recommend Preetam’s rental at Rockley enough. We can’t wait to return to Barbados and to Rockley. Thank you Preetam🥰.
