Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint John

Place is beautiful, and peaceful. definitely will come back. We arrived early which she was kind to let us do the check in earlier than 4pm. Place was very clean. You will need a rental if staying here because its up hills and no sidewalks. Beautiful views alll around. Perfect stay for 2 people

Kim was amazing. Greeted us with a basket of goodies, gave great recommendations and let us know everything we needed to know about our stay there even down to details like putting sugar water on the balcony and you will see a little. yellow and black bird come for it…and it did! The unit had everything we needed. It was close to good restaurants. It was very peaceful. The balcony had a great breeze. We spent early mornings outside with coffee watching the birds and iguanas up in the trees. We saw a doe grazing on the property from up there too in the afternoon. Aiming to go back in the fall!

We had a wonderful stay at True Blessings. Laurel is a great host and would quickly reply to any communication. It is perfect for 2 people. We loved sitting by the bar on the deck with our morning coffee and the evenings we cooked at home.

Alex’s place was beautiful. Spacious and so clean. We loved sitting on the terrace and drinking our coffee every morning. Anything we needed, Alex responded immediately. We rented his jeep and it was great to go around the island. Would highly recommend.

Kimberly was a wonderful host and very responsive when we needed help and recommendations. The condo itself was a perfect size for my girlfriend and I. The proximity to Sapphire Beach was a huge plus. Getting to Red Hook was also easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Such a beautiful AirBnB! And Kimberly was an amazing host! I really enjoyed my stay here. Make sure that you are a lover of jungle and mountains before reserving. This Airbnb might not be for everyone, but it’s perfect for the adventurous outdoorsy folks who want a weekend escape. The roads to get here are well paved, but steep and windy so also make sure you are a good driver!!

We can't say enough about V's place. It was our first visit to the island and V was very helpful with everything from the reservations to recommendations for a Jeep rental. We noticed right away that V takes pride in her rental. The unit was very clean, organized, had an amazing view, and included things such as beach chairs and snorkel gear. We are so glad that we chose V's place for our first visit and would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at the Flamingo house in the Tide guest house. It was so cute, comfortable and just like it was pictures. Not only was the inside just perfect and well appointed, but the outside was also just gorgeous! I loved they left a booklet of what to do and all the info we needed to have an easy stay. We ended up renting a jeep because the hill the Flamingo was perched on what just too intense to walk up each time we wanted to explore. It did make for great views being up there though :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

Stacie’s home was outstanding. You can’t beat the view and the home is so comfortable. I could have stayed in the heated pool staring at the beautiful landscape all day if not for all of the beautiful beaches to explore. My husband , 3 children and I were comfortable for all 7 nights of our stay. The home has all of the amenities we needed for a stress free stay. Thank you, Stacie! We hope to stay in your beautiful home again!

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

Water Island was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was amazing—even when we ran into island-related issues like a power outage, both Isla and Erin were quick to jump in and get everything up and running again, even over Easter weekend! This was our first time visiting the islands for my birthday trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was stunning, with the best views! Haze was an angel—such a sweet boy who kept us company while we missed our own cats. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly tradition and plan to stay at Isla’s for many years to come. We absolutely loved this place—it was the perfect getaway!

Meade was very accommodating! If you want a hassle-free experience with friendly folks, you can't go wrong with this booking, and Meade was helpful by meeting us at Souper's hole in the West End. We really enjoyed the stay....will be back!

Viewtiful lived up to its name. Sunsets, sunrises, sunny days, cloudy days – each hour brought new delights. We never tired gazing from our mountaintop abode. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook many meals. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also afforded lovely views. And the hot tub and pool were most refreshing. The many guidebooks and maps were quite useful as we planned our island adventure. The joys of the house itself were surpassed only by the friendliness, efficiency, competence, and availability of our host, Mary-Eileen and her ever helpful husband, David. Mary-Eileen met us in Cruz Bay and led us to the house, explained and showed us everything, made great recommendations, and kept in touch and responded quickly to any and all queries we had. She is an exemplary host and truly enhanced our holiday. She made a wonderful trip even better than we could have possibly expected.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Casa Carolina. It was our first trip to St. John and truthfully this villa offered one of the best views on the island right from the deck. Whether reading a book under the shaded area or floating around in the pool, you cannot help but feel a sense of peace and tranquility. We really enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife (white donkeys, iguanas, goats, deer) this side of the island offers. Keep in mind that Coral Bay is not the side of the island with the iconic white sandy beaches and aquamarine water. You will have to drive about 15 mins to get to the North Shore beaches and Cruz Bay where most of the shopping and restaurants are located. Also, the villa’s kitchen and living area is separated from the downstairs bedrooms by an outdoor staircase. This was not a huge deal for us, but I guess could be for some. We thought it was nice to not have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

We had an amazing time at Aubrey’s condo! It was everything we needed and more! The view was amazing and we could walk everywhere easily! The beach, restaurants and shops are just a quick and easy 5-10 minute walk down a hill! Taxis were super easy to get into the town too! It was a great location and we had so much fun! The condo was super clean and we felt right at home! Thank you so so much Aubrey! We will definitely be back :)

A beautiful, well designed space and patio. It was well equipped with anything you could need. The washer/dryer was super helpful as I’d been traveling all week. Easy and convenient parking as well. You should definitely stay here when visiting St. Thomas.

I had a fantastic stay at [Host’s Name]’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—[mention a specific perk like “close to downtown” or “in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood”]. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. Our stay in St. John’s was great! Charlie was a great host. He was extremely welcoming, responsive and gracious. The Airbnb has a separate entrance and feels very private. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The place was well equipped with essentials needed for cooking, the beach, and toiletries. My mom and I do a girls trip every year and we would be happy to stay here again!

Amazing stay at Ana’s place! Walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants sapphire beach has to offer. Would absolutely come back!! Ana was so responsive with recommendations and help when needed. Thank you!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I as well as our 9 month old came to visit St. Thomas for the first time and this was the perfect place to be. Kristin had a pack and play ready for our baby to use along with additional sheets and blankets. It was super clean and had a lot of amenities such as abundant kitchen utensils/pots/pans, beach chairs, beach toys, parking for the car we rented, and of course, super close access to the beach. The view from the condo is amazing. We had rain unfortunately but the view was sill stunning. Kristin was very easy to communicate with and she sent us a list of recommendations nearby as well as the cruise ship schedule which allowed us to see which beaches may be crowded at those times. There are restaurants on site as well as a gift shop and coffee shop. All other attractions and cities are within a short drive from Sapphire Beach which was awesome. We got to go to Carnival nights… so much fun!!

Our stay at Cinda’s condo in St. Thomas was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the space. The design, lighting, and decor created a relaxing, luxurious atmosphere that made this feel like a true getaway. This was hands down the best vacation my wife and I have ever had, and Cinda played a big part in that. She was incredibly responsive and kind, checking in with us regularly via text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. We can’t recommend this place enough—thank you, Cinda, for an unforgettable experience! We will be back!
