***Please read entire description of property before booking***This little slice of paradise is nestled at the end of a private lane. My bright and airy basement suite has an open concept living area with various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable and Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks and so trains do go by 3 or 4 times a day. Pets are welcome!

Welcome to our lake front cottage! We are close to all amenities, within city limits which makes it very convenient for sporting events, family trips or just some time away. You can swim or kayak/canoe in the summer, skate or snowshoe in the winter. The perfect location for any weekend! The house/ cottage is 30+ years old and we have just completed a large renovation to the main floor, still lots to do but we are very happy with our cozy space and we hope that you will enjoy it as well.
