Condo vacation rentals in Saint John

We enjoyed our stay in Antigua! We rented a car, which allowed us to travel to specific destinations on our schedule! While we walked to the restaurants in Jolly Harbour as well as the Epicurean grocery store almost daily, it was helpful to drive to the supermarket when we were going to be purchasing heavy items, such a water. We walked to North Beach several times and enjoyed the sunset almost daily during our stay! While we did not need much, when we reached out to Majorie, she was quick to respond! Thanks for the memories!

Majorie's place was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, spacious and most of all an host that went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. We never felt like guest, because we were treated like family. Aunty Majorie as we affectionately called her was one of the best Airbnb host one can ask for.

The house is located supet close to the best beaches of Antigua. Plenty of restaurants and super market at a walking distance! Thank you, we had a great holiday! Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough about Vanessa and her lovely condo. She was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us in her beautiful condo. It was so much more than we expected and we will not hesitate to book this place again the next time we’re in Antigua. Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely loved my stay!!! This was top notch location for a beach bum like myself. Close to great restaurants, supermarkets and not too far from the airport like 20 mins. They have a nice pool, security on site 24/7, housekeeping, beach loungers with tiki style and a minimart. Steps from the ocean. I will 100% come back here.

Easy check in, beautiful apartment with great amenities and so close to the picturesque dickenson bay beach. Housekeeping every other day were great and providing beach towels by the pool daily. The patio is only a few steps to the pool, yet very quiet. Often felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Couple of nice bars on the beach. Everyone staying at antigua village were very friendly and welcoming, some of which have been staying there years, all felt very safe and secure. We found it relatively easy getting around and exploring the island (bar the pot holes/ify roads as you get close to some of the more rural beaches which we expected), definitely glad we hired a car to do this though as theres not masses to do at dickenson bay (we were out of season) and they were certainly worth it! often had postcard perfect beaches almost to ourselves (hermitage bay was a highlight). Overall we had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend!

The suite was perfectly located. The surroundings were so beautifully landscaped and peaceful. It overlooked the beach and the sound of the surf was relaxing. There were nearby restaurants. Security was always present, pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that it gets extremely hot in the afternoons when the sun is on west side but the positive is the view of the sunset. I will definitely be returning here again and again when visiting Antigua.

Vanessa was the consummate hostess— always responsive, was there waiting for us upon arrival, made sure to fill the fridge with a few of our favorite breakfast items, and helped me book a much needed massage. Vanessa made our stay easy and enjoyable. Not to mention Vanessa’s place, Villa FantaSea, is lovely. We ended up staying in the ground unit for a couple nights and then moved to upper floor (unfortunately neither unit was available for the entirety of our stay). The entire place is recently renovated, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, great outdoor space, clean and well air conditioned. You can’t beat the location. Vannessa’s unit is just steps away from the beach and beach restaurants. And Antigua Village, where Villa FantaSea is located, is safe and secure— and there is a nice pool you can access when you want an alternative to the beach. My family and I had a very lovely stay thanks to Vanessa and her villa. We visit Antigua annually and plan to rent from Vanessa again next yea

Location, location, location! The deck of this condo is directly over the water, overlooking a beautiful secluded beach. Walking distance to a cool old fort and another lovely beach. The pool area is very nice, as well. We had a blast in this comfortable (though not fancy) home.

It was a pleasure staying at John's place in Antigua village. There were lovely little amenities and thoughtful additions provided. The location was great and the food at the adjoining resturant was excellent. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was one of the best destinations we have been to and Clare and Matts place really made it our best holiday ever. What an oasis to chill out in after the UK, cool, spacious well appointed accommodation, superb outside space with a lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers to relax on. The beautiful palm tree at the end of the garden was perfect shade in the afternoon sun. Stunning beaches to lay around on and warm clear water to swim and snorkel in. Shirley Heights jump up on Sunday was a must visit and we had a great time there. Andrew

We enjoyed staying at Marjorie's place. We were welcomed with the sweetest papayas and bottles of water. Thank You Marjorie!!! The view from the patio downstairs was serene. The home was clean and had everything you would need for your convenience. If needed, there is a washer and dryer available. We enjoyed dinner at Al Porto, the recommended restaurant. The nearby Epicurean supermarket has everything you needed. We walked/jogged and visited the beach. When it rained we stayed in to watch TV. We had a hiccup with the TV and also an unexpected visit from Kadean, who came by to collect a box which was connected to the T.V. This was a bit uncomfortable but quickly resolved. Craig, our co-host, later came out to help us with the T.V and he was then able to confirm, Kadean's visit. Kadean came by mid-week to change linen and re-fresh. This was an added touch. Everything is as advertised. We absolutely recommend Marjorie's place and would stay here again. Book it!!!!

Very nice block of 4 apartments set in well maintained grounds and pool. Air con in all rooms which was great. Was a bit tricky to find as there is no clear sign - but easy once you know! We met guests staying in other apartments when around the pool which was really nice, particularly for our daughter who got to play with other children. A short drive to Jolly Harbour where I played tennis and we used the pool and restaurant. There is a nice community down there who’s made us feel very welcome. Best local beach was Ffryes which was great and 5 mins drive. A couple of good restaurants across the road. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you Lavern, Mo & Michelle!

Great host and very helpful with recommended car rentals and restaurants. Apartment was spotless, 10 min walk to main resort.

I needed a place that was close to the area for work. It was in a convenient location for me, with plenty of food options. It does not have all the bells and whistles, and can be noisy at times at night, but that’s what you expect in St. John’s. It’s great deal for the amount you tend to have to pay in Antigua. And it had what you needed to get by. Karen and hosts/hostess are all really friendly and responsive.

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

From beginning to end, we had a great experience. The property is situated in a private villa with a small lagoon at the beach. It feels like a Spanish fort when you are sitting down at the beach in front of the lagoon because of the large retaining wall preventing erosion to the property. We stayed in the Lo Studiolo, a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Caribbean and were greeted by Fiona upon arrival. She was responsive and informative and made our stay easy, including offering recommendations and reservations at some local restaurants. Mercedes, the housekeeper made sure everything was clean and tidy and checked-in with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. If you're looking for a private, unrushed and go-at-your-own-pace setting, you couldn't find a better spot. It's the kid of spot an artist or writer would enjoy to have a private get-away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

Cathy was an extremely hospitable and friendly host and we loved every minute of staying at her condo. The condo was in a beautiful setting with wonderful views (we saw stingrays, herons and mongooses from our balcony!), the furniture was lovely (new and with very comfortable beds and bedsheets), and the place was kept very clean. We particularly appreciated the fact that Dickenson Beach was just a few steps away. Thank you, Cathy for a fantastic stay!

Lionel & Lorilyn are amazing hosts. We spent a month at Lamblion & felt at home & like family. It's location is in the centre of the island so everything is easily accessible by car or local bus. Waking up to the lovely view & watching the sunsets in front of our unit was incredible. We loved having conversations with Lionel & from day one he was super helpful & very responsive . As organic enthusiasts we loved having fresh home grown veggies & fruits from the garden & picking leaves for our morning tea. My husband was in heaven. We can't wait to go back. My twin and I had a great stay at Michael’s place. It’s a lovely, quiet area, and we especially enjoyed the ocean view from one of the bedrooms. The only suggestion I have is to update the pillows, as they were a bit too soft for my preference. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!
