In the secluded garden your own private hot tub awaits and a moss lined path leads you to the waters edge 30 m away.The frame is made from tree trunks,the walls and benches hand sculpted from earth and finished with clay paints.The overhead skylight and tall windows give a light and airy feel to the inside and ensure a view of the sky and 100 acre woodlands without moving from the kingsize bed .

Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

The Snug House is our fully renovated, 17th century guest house, 70m2 (753 sq ft) - with a spacious front and back yard - located on our 4.5 hectare property in Eyraud-Crempse-Maurens, and entirely private in both its interior space and outdoor surroundings. The Snug House is a 10 minute drive to Bergerac and an hour from Bordeaux and its wine country.
