De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

Le Menudet, gîte of character, near Limoges

Le Menudet is a 40 m2 studio, close to Limoges (10-15 min), quiet, in the Limousin countryside. You will appreciate it for the unobstructed view of the rolling countryside, the comfort of a restored gîte with eco-friendly materials, the originality of the layout, the independent location compared to the other buildings on the property. It is perfect for couples (+ 1 baby), solo travelers, business travelers (quick access to the A20) and four-legged companions.

Close to the city center, "Le Nid" is a 60 m² T3 apartment, cozy and bright, completely renovated, on the top floor (with elevator) of a secure, very quiet and wooded residence. You will enjoy its soft and relaxing atmosphere, its panoramic view as well as all its facilities and amenities: loggia, wifi, private parking, bus stop and essential shops at the foot of the residence (catering, bakery, supermarket), close to the Faculty of Arts and hospitals.

Nous mettons à disposition des voyageurs un espace privé se situant au RDC de notre habitation. Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (chauffé avec un radiateur soufflant, espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

This cottage is located in a charming village, Pierre Buffiere, 12 minutes from Limoges and 40 minutes from Brive, pleasant with garden and parking, it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. You can practice various activities in the surroundings such as fishing, hiking the 3 rivers. The house includes a bedroom upstairs, 140 bed, on the ground floor a 160 sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen provided.

Apartment for 4 people, 4 minutes from the train station

This accommodation offers easy access to the city's must-see sites: 300 m from the train station (4 min walk) and 1 km from Galeries Lafayette (12 min walk), this apartment is ideal for a business or tourist stay. Designed to accommodate 4 people, it has a bedroom with a 160 bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) and the bathroom includes a washer-dryer.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Near Limoges, in the countryside

My place is close to Limoges. It is independent. It is located in the countryside in the Briance Valley. Nearby you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Parc du Reynou, the Limousine Park, ... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Breakfast can be used for you under conditions.

Studio for 2 people

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

Professional or traveler, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk to the train station, 17 min walk to the city center, close to the Zenith and the highway, (Giant casino 50 m away, with bakery, pharmacy, etc.).
