Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

We had a pleasant stay at Amaury and Stylite's who welcomed us warmly. The cottage is beautiful and very clean. We particularly enjoyed the many outdoor activities available that allow you to fully enjoy this charming place. Amaury and Stylite were available throughout our stay, always ready to answer our questions. A great relaxing time in an idyllic setting that we would recommend without hesitation!

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

Benedicte and Etienne were very helpful and lovely hosts. We enjoyed their fresh eggs and cherries.The gite has been beautifully renovated and decorated . The gardens and lake were a pleasure to walk around and even had a swim in their pool. We enjoyed visiting St.Malo and Dinan and loved the many walks nearby along the river Rance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable week and would highly recommend and visit again

Very welcoming host with a little surprise as a bonus... in the fridge, very appreciated besides😁🤗 great stay by joining our son, for whom the washing machine was a plus It's a quiet, spacious, very clean place, with very good bedding especially for back pain👌 They know how to welcome you and are very nice. That said, if we can suggest one thing… a broom for the terrace, and the…. It's like home 😅😉 We highly recommend it if you go to their corners.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's. The home was close to everything but in a nice quiet area. They are wonderful hosts who always took extra time to care for us and make sure we didn't need anything. I cannot recommend the home and the hosts enough. We hope to come back one day as we feel like we just scratched the surface on the area and have a lot more to explore and eat!

Accommodation as described, very well thought out and the description before arrival was very accurate with a very well explained and pleasant to read "house guide". 10 min from St Grégoire where we had to go. Great. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Beautiful experience, a superb and welcoming cottage far from everything so you can relax with your loved ones.

I find Typhaine's place remarkable. Tastefully furnished in terms of decor. It's also very functional. You can leave the door open to nature and calm. Naturally cool inside thanks to very thick walls and made the old-fashioned way! No need for A/C when it's very hot outside! My work requires me to travel often, I would definitely stay there again!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
