Very nice large apartment with everything you need. For hot days, the apartment offers a pleasant coolness. The location is perfect and if you look around a bit, you will find everything you need, from restaurants of all kinds, bakery, butcher and and and. The nearby oyster market is special, which you can visit and taste at any time. Plenty of beaches with turquoise bays and other leisure opportunities such as beach sailing are easily accessible. A free permanent parking space can also be found nearby. The coziness convinced us to come back next year.

I've been to a lot of Airbnbs, but Dominique's apartment on the old harbor of Granville was super. Perfect location and parking in front of the door. After check-in the next morning, she brought a baguette and fresh croissants. Bottle of cider upon arrival. In the apartment, everything was really present, if you want to cook, you lack nothing. South-facing location with the sun all day. Good restaurants next door, but still everything is very quiet in the apartment. Except for the seagulls that loudly announce the arrival of the fishing boats, but that was also the great charm for us.

The BEST accommodation we've made ☺️ We had a great time at this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the port, is superb. The location is ideal: a short walk to the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, a great place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, you can get everywhere on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

Impeccable calm, 12 min walk to downtown Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well appointed for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

We spent our vacation here for the second time and for good reasons. This vacation home offers everything we want as a family. Quiet location, plenty of space and very good amenities. The view from the terrace to the sea is an absolute eye-catcher at any time of the day or night. We'd love to come back to this wonderful place a third time!

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the place. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are several areas to stay, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for spending a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

Wonderful view, very sunny garden, quiet surroundings. Perfect for relaxing. You should prepare to cook mainly at home, as there are no really good restaurants within 15 km (Barfleur). In St. Pierre Eglise (6 km) there are 2 good bakeries and a supermarket.

Beautiful accommodation, in a great location with the beach nearby, good restaurant nearby, We had a lovely stay, and Antoinette is a very friendly person who welcomed us warmly, access is very convenient with parking at the foot of the building. We really recommend it, and above all don't forget your swimsuits.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a pleasant stay at Val Joyeux, a family home with a very authentic soul. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the arrival time. We hope to be back soon!

We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
