House vacation rentals in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys available for children. They had a good time, we felt at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, hospitality and kindness. See you soon.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Very modern and spacious house with all amenities and in a quiet area right by the beach. The pool is heated and the equipment is new. Communication was smooth and very fast.

We had a nice stay in Barneville! The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome guests, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with small children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

Céline and Stéphane's house is as described. Due to the weather, we could not use the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs, extensively. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were met immediately.

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well-maintained and Marion is very responsive and helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the bath or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it's just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Great and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbors was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region did us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was straightforward and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.

The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the place. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are several areas to stay, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for spending a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

It was a great stay in Amandine's beautiful house. Everything was very tastefully decorated, modern, there was nothing missing and it was very clean. Amandine was very helpful and yet discreet. We can recommend everything without reservation and would be happy to come back.

Great place, very well equipped! Everything is explained in a booklet and it makes life easier! Self check-in and self check-out. Close to the sea on foot, no need to take out the car! The beach parking and games overlook the garden and house. The bar is nice (blindtest during our stay) but can be noisy in summer (?). We had a nice stay in May!

We had a fantastic holiday. The cottage was super clean and all the necessities were provided. One minute walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

We had a great family weekend in Thibaut's beautiful house. It is very large, well-equipped and well-located in Barneville. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb!!

The accommodation was spotless. We stayed there with our 2 children who slept in a trundle bed. We had coolness in the house despite the heatwave. Very friendly hosts.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Accommodation as described, close to several starting points for hiking or biking. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was fluid.

The house is beautiful, perfect for a family, very spacious and equipped with all the comforts you need. Just 50 meters from the sea, the location is ideal for enjoying the beach and tranquility.
