Nous vous accueillons dans notre studio en pleine campagne dans un petit village à 20 min de Disneyland Paris et 40 min de Paris . Vous pourrez profiter du silence de la campagne , allez vous dégourdir les jambes à l’étang à 2 min à pieds , profitez de la bonne gastronomie du coin avec des restaurants étoilés à 10 min en voiture et la meilleure pizzeria du coin dans notre village, visiter les parcs environnant ou tout simplement trouver un coin de repos après une longue journée de travail .

Cette grande ferme qui vient d'être totalement rénovée en alliant design moderne et charme de l'ancien a été pensée pour accueillir des couples/familles à la recherche de verdure, loin de tout voisin mais très proche de Paris. Grand jardin sans vis à vis, coucher du soleil en plein sur la terrasse qui donne sur la baie vitrée du salon, ruisseau qui parcours le jardin..vous serez très vite apaisés et séduits par cette maison hors du commun proche de toutes commodités. Fêtes interdites.

Charming cottage in the countryside

This cozy and peaceful house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The large enclosed and well exposed garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the barbecue. Hiking, biking or horseback riding trails are located at the foot of the house. The cottage is ideally located 5 min from Coulommiers (restaurants, shops), 30 min from Disneyland and La Vallée Village, 30 min from Provins or 50 km from Paris. You can also visit the Parc des Félins (30 min) or Parot World (15 min).

Korean Pavilion

In the unique environnement of the remarkable garden and creative laboratory « Moulin Jaune », the Korean pavilion is a traditional authentic and rare cedar-wood house. It is overlooking the quite river of Grand Morin, facing the sunset. The pavilion is a peaceful place to meditate, rest and create. It is also a rare opportunity to discover the « Moulin Jaune garden », recognised as Paris region heritage list, in a different way and to experience its « art de vivre ».

In Seine-et-Marne in Lumigny, located in the private area of Guerlande, between field and forest, close to Parc des Félins, 5 minutes from all amenities, 20 km from Disneyland, 33 km from Provins and 50 km from Paris. This renovated atypical house, in meulières stones is independent, it will charm you within its 120 m². It can accommodate from 2 to 12 people (day and night). You will find calm and serenity for a guaranteed change of scenery at the gates of Paris.

Studio located in the city center of Coulommiers, on the ground floor of our home. Whether you're traveling for business, spending a weekend in the area or enjoying the proximity of Disneyland-Paris and the capital, we'll be happy to welcome you and help you discover the area. A bus stop is located 10 minutes from the studio. It will allow you to reach Disneyland-Paris directly in 40 minutes or the local SNCF train station, then the center of Paris in 1 hour.
