Located 160 km from Paris in the Perche region known for its mansions (12 km from Bellême) . In the middle of greenery . Beach on a nearby lake ( La Ferté Bernard). Horse Clubs, golf courses, and forests around. (Semi-detached house with the owner's house often absent).
