Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.

Cette cabane insolite de charme en forme de A, proche de la Celle Dunoise en Creuse (23) est parfaite pour se retirer quelques jours en pleine nature à proximité d’une rivière tout en profitant d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée de la Creuse. La prédominance du bois et les grandes surfaces vitrées effacent les frontières entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. L’abri est alimenté électriquement par des panneaux solaires et l’eau provient d’une source traversant le terrain.

Le Boucheron is a locality in the municipality of Saint-Agnant de Versillat located 10 km from Souterraine, a medieval town with all amenities. The cottage is about 15 minutes from the A20 E9 (PARIS/TOULOUSE exit 20).

If you want to escape for a few days or weeks, enjoy a rental in a picturesque setting. Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.

Playhouse

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.
