On the ground floor a dining room with wood stove, a toilet, a fitted kitchen and a large master suite with a 180 bed as well as a private shower room, upstairs a TV lounge as well as 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a shower room + toilet.

The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi. We welcome you to our cottage located in the heart of the Mancelles Alps, in the heart of St-Léonard-des-Bois. "Villa Miramar" is newly renovated. Come and enjoy the recent facilities. There are many activities for those who love nature, canoeing, kayaking... thanks to the Sarthe river which flows below. Peaceful and safe house for children. The cleaning fee is €50, payable on the check-in day, if you don't want to do the cleaning.
