For nature and fishing lovers, access to our private pond is a 5-minute walk away. 40 min from Le Mans, 10 min from Fresnay sur Sarthe (small medieval city), 15 min from St Léonard des Bois (hiking, mountain biking, tree climbing) and Sillé le Guillaume (lake swimming, water activities and forest walk). All local shops and markets are 10 minutes away.

Located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, the house is on a hiking trail 5 minutes' walk from the forest. (This path leads to the Chapelle du Chêne, a medieval tree known for its miracles) And 6 km away are Lake Coco-Plage (swimming, activities) and the spectacular Saut du Cerf canyon in the vast forest of Sillé.

Apolline's house

Apolline’s house is a small, charming residence located in Lassay-les-Châteaux, 2 km (1.2 miles) from Lassay Castle and 15 km (9 miles) from Bagnoles-de-l’Orne, Normandy (15-minute drive). The house is composed of a ground floor (entrance, mezzanine, living room, dining area and kitchen) and a floor (bedroom and bathroom) fully equipped and offering free wifi. The metal staircase is central. The decoration is neat. The equipment is rather high-end.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Located on the Mayenne/Sarthe border in a peaceful rural setting, close to the Alpes Mancelles, the house offers couples, families and friends a place to relax and enjoy nature, to totally unwind. With plenty of beautiful villages to explore nearby. You have exclusive use of the swimming pool (June-Sept, weather permitting) wood fired jacuzzi (open all year), games barn, large gardens and gaze at the magnificent dark night skies.
