Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Bright & colourful decoration with a warm welcome. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge & coffee machine. Ideal for one night stop overs on a long journey to refresh yourselves. We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

Renovated stone house with a pleasant garden, located in Glanges in a cul-de-sac hamlet 2 km from the A20. Garden with trees, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue to relax. Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160 x 200) and 1 bed 140 x 190, fully equipped kitchen, games area, desk. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking allowed, pets not allowed. Housekeeping by you (housekeeping package €70 upon request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

You will appreciate it for the unobstructed view of the rolling countryside, the comfort of a restored gîte with eco-friendly materials, the originality of the layout, the independent location compared to the other buildings on the property. It is perfect for couples (+ 1 baby), solo travelers, business travelers (quick access to the A20) and four-legged companions.

Discover and enjoy our "El Nido" accommodation! Located on the ground floor, the accommodation "El Nido" has been ideally designed to spend a pleasant and unique time. You have the option to take bus line 6 or 10 from the train station. Allow 12 minutes for the trip. The bus stop is about 50 m from the accommodation! If you have a vehicle, parking is easy and free around the accommodation. A public charging station is located 100 m from the building

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

In the heart of the peaceful Limousin countryside, nestled between Limoges, Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and Eymoutiers, this cottage harmoniously blends tradition and modernity to offer a relaxing setting. This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.

The country cottage

This cottage is located in a charming village, Pierre Buffiere, 12 minutes from Limoges and 40 minutes from Brive, pleasant with garden and parking, it offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi. You can practice various activities in the surroundings such as fishing, hiking the 3 rivers. The house includes a bedroom upstairs, 140 bed, on the ground floor a 160 sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen, towels, bed linen provided.

Studio for 2 people

Quiet, 1 min from the A20 highway, independent studio in the basement of our house including: washer and dryer, microwave, TV, stove, fridge, coffee maker. Sofa bed (new and comfortable mattress) 160 x 200. On request can be provided free of charge: baby cot, baby sheets and our garage can be used as a storage place if needed. Ideal for short stays or overnight stays on the way to vacation.

Apartment 2 Limoges

Professional or traveler, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk to the train station, 17 min walk to the city center, close to the Zenith and the highway, (Giant casino 50 m away, with bakery, pharmacy, etc.). A second accommodation in the building is available on Airbnb
