The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. This family home, partly from the 17th century, is an old water mill. It is located in a small hamlet in the countryside between Périgord and Quercy. The outdoor spaces are large, with a small pond nearby. The lush surrounding nature, the terrace and courtyard area offer a soothing cocoon, between the old golden stones of the buildings and the greenery of the trees, under the blue sky, meditative walk, relaxing, calm, gentle, punctuated by the sound of the water.
