Très contente de ce séjour, un petit paradis qui nous a permis d être dans notre bulle. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur réactivité suite a une de mes demandes de dernière minute. Je reviendrai avec plaisir pendant la saison du jaccuzi pour en profiter 😊

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Mia. Le logement était très propre et fidèle à la description. Le cadre est apaisant et permet une totale déconnexion. Mia est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, calme et très agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus, idéale pour se détendre après une journée ou simplement profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer, à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville. Merci encore pour l’accueil et la qualité du lieu, je recommande à 100 % !

What a lovely place, had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was a lovely added bonus! So close to such beautiful villages and to Sarlat, would recommend!

Logement impeccable et parfait pour deux personnes. il est juste dommage que les toilettes ne soient pas séparés de la salle de bain, mais bon, on s'y fait ! hôtes agréables et réactifs, Je recommande !

Very nice home in the French countryside! The hot tub and the views were great. It has a well equipped kitchen. The location was great for what we needed. The bed was very hard and difficult for us to sleep on. This would be an ideal home for a family of 4, but would not recommend multiple couples - the sleeping arrangements would not be ideal. Overall, it's a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem wunderbaren ruhigen großen Park. Die Rosen duften und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum entspannen. Die Vögel hört man abends sowie die Frösche am Teich… es waren tolle drei Tage, ein perfekter Abschluss nach der Stadt.

Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit einer traumhaften Unterkunft. Sehr abgelegen kann man hier gut zur Ruhe kommen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen. Monpazier (5min mit dem Auto entfernt) bietet eine malerische Kulisse, alles was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt und in den weiteren Dörfer in der näheren Umgebung wird jeder Entdecker/in fündig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Très belle bâtisse ressemblant en tous points aux photos ! Idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou famille. Le lieu est tranquille, seules les grenouilles étaient entendues ! Logement vraiment très bien équipé (ustensiles cuisine, terrain de pétanque, jeux intérieur et extérieur à disposition,…) Rien à dire, tout était parfait

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

Stunning! Yes the house is amazing and the space is well furnished and the material noble (wood and stone)… but for us it was the stunning views of the entire valleys and the bright stars in the jacuzzi at night which made this place unforgettable.

On cherchait un lieu pour se reposer au calme, aux vues des photos on a d’abord cru à une arnaque et les avis nous on rassuré. La réalité est milles fois au dessus encore. C’est juste le paradis sur terre. Tout est paisible, aménagé avec énormément de goût et de bon sens. Nous avons même pas bougé du logement tellement nous étions bien dans cet immense jardin dans lequel notre chien a été au moins aussi heureux que nous. Et alors Jackie et son mari sont des hôtes incroyables de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Nul doute que nous reviendrons. Un immense merci pour cette parenthèse enchanté.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

From the welcome to the goodbye, everything was perfect ! The tranquil surroundings were ideal to kick back and unwind. We were made to feel at home straightaway and nothing was too much trouble for Cornelius and Nicky, our hosts. Perfectly situated within walking or driving distance of Puy L’évêque a medieval town filled with wonderful streets to explore and restaurants to eat in, the apartment runs along side the River Lot which provides a perfect sound track to relax to. Add in the accompanying frogs and crickets and you have a feast for both the ears and eyes ! There was a kayak for our use on site and lots of different areas around the property in which to sit and watch the world go by. The apartment itself is well equipped - a perfect size for two and we could not recommend it highly enough.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Je kan je geen betere gastheer wensen dan Arnaud! Pro actief of alles naar wens is, of informerend of hulp nodig is. Via de app om je rust en privacy te respecteren, maar nemen de tijd voor een gesprek als je dat wilt. De accommodatie is nieuw en gezellig ingericht met oog voor details. Wij voelden ons er gelijk thuis! De dikke muren houden warmte buiten en je kan er een goede nachtrust hebben in de heerlijke bedden en goede geluidsisolatie. De ligging is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Er is al veel over geschreven in de introductie van Arnoud en Elodie, maar als je lekker rustig wilt zwemmen, aan de kant wilt relaxen en in de schaduw onder de bomen wilt liggen met een horeca voorziening erbij, ga dan naar Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson de Cadouin. Ook het plaatsje Monpazier is zeker de moeite waard! Normaal liggen supermarkten kilometers ver weg maar in deze plaats is er eentje op 900 meter. Arnoud, Elodie, dank voor de heerlijke tijd!!

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans le logement de Sabine et Norbert. Tout etait tres bien, conforme à la description. C’etait parfait.. 😉

Excellent séjour d’une semaine chez Laurence et Alain dans un environnement aussi beau que serein. Le gîte, authentique par sa construction, est également très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La pièce de vie reste par ailleurs fraîche même lorsque les températures extérieures dépassent les 30 degrés. Laurence et Alain sont des hôtes attentifs, très réactifs et toujours de bon conseil sur les sorties et visites à proximité. Un autre atout du gîte, et non des moindres, les chiens y sont accueillis et nos deux chiennes ont pu profiter des vacances avec nous.
