It consists of a large living room with kitchen area, bedroom, storage area and bathroom. Its location is ideal for discovering the Loire Valley and its castles. Located 5 km from the A 85 and 10 km from Villandry.

On the banks of the Loire but away from the road, since it is on a small pedestrian path, my troglodyte is located 15 km west of Tours, on the right bank. It is therefore in the center of the Loire Valley castles, with Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Chinon, Rigny Ussé, Amboise, Le Clos Lucé and others within 40 km, count a little more for Chenonceau and Chambord. You are at the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage area.
