The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40 m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, its wine-growing activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and provides parking and bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Located within our wine property, you can visit and taste our production. Breakfast with local produce is included in the reservation. Restaurant open from June to September on weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) An extra hot tub for the entire stay.
