And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). In the countryside, the house, bordered by 2 rows of plane trees, is on a hill surrounded by 2 oak woods: view of the slopes of Lauragais beautiful and soothing. Parking for 6 cars. House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). We have therefore decided to rent it when we are not there and thus optimize our equipment and services by positioning ourselves towards the high end. Relax in this quiet place in the countryside. The accommodation is independent in the house; it has a gate and a separate entrance, and a private garden where there is a terrace, barbecue and deckchairs. You can go to the pool (shared) where there is also a shaded terrace.
