The courtyard garden, features a benched seating area on the lower level. The upper paved level has a dining table, large sun parasol, and BBQ.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage facing nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbors overlooking it, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

This recently renovated apartment is light and elegant and perfect for a couple. It is on the first floor, accessed by a stone spiral staircase. The living space comprises a kitchen, with electric oven and fridge freezer, a cosy sofa area and a a dining table. The flat is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf, which has shops, bars and restaurants. Bourganeuf is ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and neaby lac de Vassiviere.

Wanting a total change of scenery in the countryside, this gîte is the perfect place to relax and is located in a quiet hamlet. Equipped with a small terrace, the house includes 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and then on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven and electric hobs, a Tassimo coffee machine and a TV.
