Located on the ground floor of the villa and equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is a 2-minute drive from shops (bakery, supermarket, deli, pharmacy, etc.). The accommodation can sleep 2 to 4 people (sofa bed). No pets. Secure residence (outdoor video surveillance at the entrance and parking lot).

Villa ground floor in a very quiet area in the heart of the city of Saint Claude. Saint-Claude is located in the volcanic massifs south of Guadeloupe. Full of natural sites and dense vegetation, the city is at the foot of the Soufrière. This ground floor apartment consists of a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a terrace overlooking a tropical garden and a private entrance with parking.

Forget your worries in this spacious space. You will appreciate the calm, the lush tropical vegetation and enjoy the swimming pool (heated if necessary) with aquabike and the gazebo, equipped with a barbecue and a plancha. Kaz a GG is located at the foot of La Soufrière, 10 minutes from Rivière Sens beach. You can have breakfast among the trees, near the fish pond, lulled by the sound of water and birdsong. Small shops are within a 10-minute walk.
