Located on the ground floor of the villa and equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is a 2-minute drive from shops (bakery, supermarket, deli, pharmacy, etc.). The accommodation can sleep 2 to 4 people (sofa bed). No pets. Secure residence (outdoor video surveillance at the entrance and parking lot).
