At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

It is a one-room studio with a 1.40 bed, kitchen, dining area, sitting area with (bed)sofa and nice wood stove. There is one bathroom with w.c. and shower. There is a seat both in front of the house, and in a small garden especially for the gite. Welcome!
