Le Pluvier is 130m² and features 2 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and 1 upstairs with king size bed and its own bathroom adjacent. The twin bedroom has an en-suite. All bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen comprises dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle and espresso coffee maker. The modern TV has satellite English and French Freesat channels. We have good 4G coverage as well as free wi-fi.

Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Heated pool open from early May to late September. Tourangelle farmhouse located at the exit of a small village typical of southern Touraine. No neighbors, unobstructed views of rolling countryside. Large leisure garden with terraces and in-ground pool (May to September). This family home was refurbished in 2018. It is 10 minutes from the city of Loches and its Royal Castle, and 45 minutes from Tours. Beauval Zoo is a 35-minute drive away.
