Ideal for spreading throughout the island. House on one level with terrace overlooking the ocean. Located at an altitude of 200m, it enjoys the softness of the trade winds, a tropical garden and breathtaking sun and moonrises. Swimming pool not secured. Reservation not granted if children are not swimmers. 3 parking spaces possible in the courtyard.

The house is ideally located by the ocean, 3 minutes from the city center and the national road. The coastal path runs along the house and invites you to beautiful walks. Swimming is prohibited on the east coast but less than 15 minutes away you will have access to the beautiful waterfalls and pools of the east. You will be less than 30 minutes from the airport, the Cirque de Salazie and the hiking trails of the nature reserves. The garden under construction is enclosed. You can park your car there.
