Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Barthélemy

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille , le logement était près de la mer donc idéal pour une baignade au pied levé surtout pour les enfants. Village calme. La venue de filipa pour le ménage quotidien est très appréciable. Je recommande à 1000%

The place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent: close to everything, from stunning beaches to bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere. We were able to get around easily on foot or by car without any hassle. The property was spotless, very well equipped, and had luxurious touches that really made a difference. The host, Marie Charlotte, was kind and attentive from the very beginning. If you're looking for a comfortable, centrally located, and charming place to stay in St. Bart’s, this is the perfect spot. Ângelo é um ótimo anfitrião , responde super rápido a todas as mensagens ! Seu pai Michel que também estava lá para acessorar caso precisasse é um senhor querido e muito prestativo ! Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

This was a great place to stay! Isabelle was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The place is in a great location and was exactly like in the photos. Excellent all around!

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s Airbnb. The room and bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere . The property boasts breathtaking views over the lagoon, best enjoyed from the pool and sunbathing area— which are even more beautiful than in the photos. The rental is connected to the main house, so we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room, but this was minimal and didn’t bother us, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Pierre and his family were wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and always respectful of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

This is a great spot for a couple. If you have been to St. Bart's before and don't know Anse des Cayes, it is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to Gutavia and St. Jean, without the traffic associated with larger hotels. The beach below the villa is great for a walk. There is a small grocery shop, and the Manapany will provide an excellent meal. The house itself is perfect - though the bath with no door means you had better know your roommate well. The small outdoor kitchen is very well equipped, though we didn't use it. The living and dining space - also outside - are protected (from the sun and insects) with stout screens....we didn't use them either. Nice small, shallow pool - un heated, but refreshing. Very private hillside villa. Highly recommend this spot.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Patricias hus. Alt var rent og pænt. Super beliggenhed lige ved stranden og tæt på indkøbs muligheder. Næste gang vi tager til Saint Barth vil vi helt klart booke Patricias hus igen😍 kæmpe anbefaling fra os, familie på 4.

Logement très agréable, joliment décoré et très bien placé…environ 50 m de la plage. De plus on peut garer la voiture dans le petit jardin à l’abri derrière le portail. Communication avec Jonas très facile et sympathique…2 bières Carib au frigo nous attendaient à l’arrivée 😀. On y retournera sans hésitation.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in St. Barths. The view was breathtaking and our son loved the pool. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Gustavia and about 8 minutes to be popular beach clubs. It was everything we needed with lots of space. Elodie was the perfect host!

¡Simplemente perfecta! La casa está en una ubicación inmejorable, justo en el corazón de la isla, donde realmente tienes que estar. El tamaño del lugar es ideal, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajada. La cama es increíblemente cómoda, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando. El acceso fue súper fácil, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Y lo mejor de todo: Alexandra fue una anfitriona excepcional. Siempre atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. Quedé feliz y muy agradecido por esta experiencia. ¡Sin duda volvería y la recomiendo al 100%!

Catherine’s place was great. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for a week stay or more. She was very responsive and easy to work with. It can get a bit loud at night but any place downtown Gustavia facing the street may be. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for sharing your place in St Barth’s with us!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

J’ai passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement ! La décoration est très jolie, l’endroit est calme, propre et vraiment bien pensé, tout est pratique et confortable. Les hôtes sont adorables, très disponibles et à l’écoute, aussi bien avant que pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement, merci encore !

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!

Peters place was a gem. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Can’t say enough about the place. Truly a magical location and top notch service!
