Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Le studio est vraiment calme malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport , je n’ai ressenti aucune gêne et j’ai pu dormir paisiblement à toutes heures de la journée . La literie est très confortable, j’ai pu me reposer et en même temps profiter de l’île . Il y a vraiment tout à proximité ( pharmacie , restaurants , casinos , boutiques , bar , plages etc … ) et accessible à pieds . Les instructions de l’hôte ont été claires . J’ai apprécié mon séjour et recommande ce studio .

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

The airbnb was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. The studio sits below a villa that has the private pool, which we had all to ourselves. The view was gorgeous, the interior design was amazing, and the hosts thought of everything. They were very responsive with any needs. We will surely stay here again

j'ai adoré mon séjour chez Amy, extrêmement gentille et aidante. Ses messages textes étaient détaillées et aidants. Distance à pied de 3 magnifiques plages, Mullet bay un coup de coeur. Une multitudes de restaurants à quelques minutes de marches, ne pas oublier d'essayer le délicieux restaurant Sea food vibes juste en dessous :) je recommande fortement un séjour dans ce Airbnb.

Michelle and Brent’s spot is absolutely perfect for a couple. You have a beautiful view of the ocean right outside the doors. This is one of 3 villas she has on the property. This studio is below a 2 bedroom space that you share the infinity pool with. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them. The location was perfect and a quick ride to everything on the island. 10/10 would recommend 🤌🤌🤌

Beautiful unit, breath taking view of the ocean. I extremely loved the gym area attached to the unit. Had real weights not the cheap kind you get out Walmart. Got a real work out everyday while staying there.

Glen was very accommodating and helpful before and throughout our stay. The place was very safe and clean.

We really enjoyed staying at this very quiet home with a gorgeous ocean view, pristine pool (that was cleaned 2x during our week there), only a 10 min drive from the airport, steps from beautiful Flamands Beach with a couple exquisite top tier restaurants, and a 20 min walk/hike to the spectacular Colombier Beach (feeding the turtles & chickens scraps of fruit & veggies at the start of the hike was a highlight). The host was quick & responsive with all my questions during our stay. The beach chairs were broken and not replaced during our stay but the host was off island and very apologetic. The dryer takes a long time to dry stuff but i think that is typical of dryers in Europe versus the USA. We opted out of the included maid service 2x weekly but that is a nice service if wanted. The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The mini ping pong table was a fun addition that we played a few times. A bit pricey for just 2 people but welcome to St. Barths! We would come again!

I absolutely loved Marie’s place. We are a small family of 3 and the size is spacious and large. It has views that are to die for, a beautiful pool, insanely comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and much much more. Highly recommend this place and we will be back. It’s pristine clean and the staff is so friendly. A gem in St Barth!

Villa Rose was the ideal base for our stay in St Barth's. 5 minutes drive from the airport and Gustavia, supermarkets and Nikki Beach, Eden Rock etc. We look forward to staying again x

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

Le studio correspond en tous points à la description. La vue est tellement belle et le son des vagues agréable, qu’il faisait bon prendre notre déjeuner et souper sur le balcon ! La cuisine est bien équipée pour se faire à manger, la laveuse a été très appréciée voyageant en carry on et tout le studio est très fonctionnel. Virginie et Karine sont vraiment des super hôtes ! Avons passé un superbe séjour et je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !!!

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

Mijn moeder en ik hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee en Anguilla. Het appartement was heel erg schoon. Georgi is een hele fijne host die ervoor zorgt dat je verblijf fantastisch is. Je hoeft maar iets te vragen en ze staat voor je klaar. Voor iedereen die een zorgeloos verblijf op Saint Martin zoekt: zoek niet verder :)

Great clean location with everything you need for an amazing holiday. Plenty of space with open kitchen/ living room concept with a view of ocean and beach. Which coincides with the deck/ patio. We would definitely stay again at “ The French Kiss”.. thanks for the host that kept in contact with us and met us at the property to explain some key details. Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!

Wat een heerlijke plek op Sint Maarten! Heel fijn ontvangen door Sylvia, zij staat altijd voor je klaar en je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht! Het uitzicht vanaf het appartement is fantastisch, zowel overdag als in de avond. Twee ruime slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken met waterkraan met filter! De plek is gezellig druk, namelijk vlakbij de luchthaven en daar door ook heel centraal. Je kan lopen naar Maho Beach en iets verder ook naar Mullet Beach. Er zijn diverse leuke restaurants. Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij: Tortuga. En wat een luxe om via de trap naast het appartement zo het strand op te lopen naar D's Beach Bar. Waar je heerlijk op een strandbedje kan liggen en kan genieten van diverse cocktails en lekker eten. Het appartement is ruim, heel schoon en gezellig. En geen muggen !!
