Great location walking distance to St Jean beach and many restaurants

This place is a GEM. Easy to walk to all the fabulous nightlife, galleries, shell beach and amazing restaurants. Easy to park. Clean, spacious, functional and comfortable. Cannot recommend it enough and might book for next year!

I wish I could give this home a 10 star review! My husband and I just stayed here for our honeymoon. It exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, had plenty of linens and towels for the week, and more than enough toiletries. The house had everything we needed to even cook a dinner at home one night. As for the outdoor area, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The pool was so nice to have. There’s plenty of furniture to be able to sit in the sun or the shade. The location was very close to St. Jean and the hotels/restaurants along the beach. It took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to Eden Rock. I will say the driveway is very steep. You definitely need a car that can handle the steep driveway. We had a Kia Picanto and it did have some trouble getting up the driveway in the rain. But we made it work. This home is the perfect spot for a couple looking to get away and have some privacy, but who also wants to enjoy all that the island has to offer.

Anais’s place was just what we needed. It is walking distance to all of the good shopping and restaurants. The property was comfortable and quiet and has everything you need for a quick getaway. We will definitely stay here again.

Sacha was great and always was willing to go out of her way to help. Location is very far from anything and finding a taxi to pick you up can be a major pain and could be a multi hour task. Other than that everything is perfect

Unfortunately l did not make it to the Island due to a family matter however my colleagues where very happy and all my dealings with Frederique in the run up where very polite and efficient. Would defiantly like to come back

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s Airbnb. The room and bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere . The property boasts breathtaking views over the lagoon, best enjoyed from the pool and sunbathing area— which are even more beautiful than in the photos. The rental is connected to the main house, so we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room, but this was minimal and didn’t bother us, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Pierre and his family were wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and always respectful of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Viviane et son fils Nicolas ont été des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous . Leur logement est vraiment parfait : au calme , une vue magnifique , une piscine au top , une terrasse parfaite . studio très bien équipé . Logement fonctionnel et très propre . Parking privé très pratique On reviendra avec grand plaisir 😉😀

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

The hills was an amazing place to stay for our time in St. Maarten. It was a perfect location close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful room and the pool was outstanding. Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip!

Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-
