Outside, you will enjoy a private 400 m² garden and a furnished terrace, ideal for relaxing and taking in the peaceful countryside. Children will appreciate the play area, while adults can enjoy outdoor games, bicycles provided and quality time in the open air. The location is ideal for discovering local highlights: Martainville and Vascoeuil castles, Mortemer Abbey, Clères Bird Park, Mauquenchy racecourse, Forges-les-Eaux Casino, Le Bocasse amusement park and the Canadian Park of Muchedent. The beaches of Dieppe, Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme are about 1 hour away. Local amenities nearby include a bread and pizza vending machine in the village, supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes, and local markets in Ry (Saturday morning) and Buchy (Monday morning). The park (23 ha), crossed by the Andelle, is open to you. You can meet deer there. You have free access to the padel court. The castle, a 15th century gem, is in a state of ruin.
