This is in a good location with good connectivity, nice place to stay. It is rare to find a place like this in the city, with open space, lot of greenary, plenty of fresh air and ventilation. We have enjoyed our stay alot, we have visited deer park which is in walkable distance. This will be our first choice, whenever we visit to Hyderabad. The host is very friendly in nature, communicative and helpful.

Comfortable stay. The accommodation is clean, peaceful, private and aesthetically agreeable. The location is 25-35 minutes from everywhere in Hyderabad. The locality is also prosperous and very private.

Had a great time at Amar uncle's place. The place place felt right at home. Great neighborhood too. There were a couple of minor inconveniences. Soaps that were used by previous guests were still there in the washrooms. There's no drinking water in the flat, so we needed to buy it ourselves. Although I appreciate the kind gesture of Amar uncle to give us 5L water for time being, I felt it should have been mentioned that guests need to arrange for their own drinking water. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed the stay. Uncle was friendly and kind. Would recommend this place and also might go back in future.

Its a great place to stay in a decent area and peaceful environment. A great place for catching up old friends who have come from US. The host was very helpful in giving location details.

First of all the Host is amazing 🤩 , he is very polite and respectful 😄. Always ready to help. Most importantly he is understands the situation and need of the guest. Now coming to the house , House is like a heaven, 3 bhk , all three rooms have its benefits and plus point. Balcony is the place to sit and relax and chat with friends. Kitchen has everything eg - fridge, water RO , Kettle Gas and all. 3 Bathrooms is available, with full amenities like hot and cold water. Housekeeping lady is always on time , she came and did her job ( however she asked for tip which I paid happily 😁 ) well. And again host is an amazing guy, soon I will book again, because I have alot of memories there I feel it's like my own flat. one day we will surely meet Mr Host.🙏😁

We had a very good stay, perfect for a relaxing break from the city life. Our pet thoroughly enjoyed the open space in front of the cottage. The property was neat and clean, with all the basic amenities. Caretaker Ramulu was very helpful. There is a nearby restaurant where from food can be ordered via phone, and caretaker will bring that. The property is well maintained, but there is a scope for improvement, like in the kitchen the electric kettle was not working. And even though there is a gas connection but there was no gas lighter. So getting hot water for our pet's food was bit of a problem. Other than that, no complains.

The review for the place at Ramki towers is as follows; A person, well travelled, has got a great sense of hospitality and is a great host, is living in a house. The homemaker makes own house perfect by carefully organising furniture, fixtures, home appliances, interior to the smallest details. Then she or he decides to move to another place. But leaves the home as is. Then decides to rent the house on Airbnb. Not only that, carefully chooses someone like Jhanvi (or should it be spelled Janhavi?) to handle the show in form of great host and wonderful cook! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in twin city of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. The bed, bedrooms, wash rooms and kitchen, everything was right in order. We never felt like out of place. Thanks to Janhavi for being very cheerful and very decent host. We felt her like a family. We are very happy with the experience and memorable stay.

Hi I have stayed at this place for the night with my friends and it is an amazing place. we loved the open lawn and almost stayed there the whole night. the fire pit was good and the caretaker took good care of us. The rooms were of decent size and only 3 of the 4 bathrooms had geysers in it. the place was not too far and easy to locate

Venkat is a very friendly host and goes above and beyond to make his guests to make them feel at home. He’s been super responsive and arranged everything we asked before and during our stay. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with access to everything you can expect in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone trying to find a perfect family home. Would love to stay here again in the future.

The place is very nice and comfortable. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. It worked well for my purpose. There are restaurant, shops and other amenities close to the area. A bus-stand is in walking distance to the house, as well as a public park. One can get autos and other modes of transportation fairly easily in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay and worked very well for my purpose. I recommend this place for a good, clean, safe and restful stay.

We flew to Hyderabad for a friend's wedding. We really like this unit. It was very comfortable. Our host was super nice and responsive, as was his staff. He also gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The only slight negative is that the place can be hard to find for drivers if you just give an address because Google Maps wasn't entirely accurate. But it's not too far away from a couple of significant buildings that do show up accurately on Google. We would use those landmarks to get drivers to the right area, so it was more than manageable. Overall, a great value and a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Jahnavi's apartment on the top (18th) floor in Hyderabad. The flat was clean, well-kept, and offered a beautiful view.
