We are a specialized farm that mainly grows mandarin oranges, rice, and vegetables. Why not rent a Japanese house in the peaceful countryside and experience a trip where you can live like a local? This Villa does not provide meals or ingredients. There are few places nearby where you can eat out at night, so you can cook your own meals. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. * BBQ in the garden from late April to early October.The cold is strictly not recommended at other times.The furnace in the garden is free to use.A set of BBQ supplies will be set up for you at ￥2,500.Bring your own free of charge. The room is 90 ㎡, with two bedrooms and a large living and dining area, making it ideal for families and groups. We also provide toys for families, as well as bouncers and circles, so you can come with peace of mind. There is free parking, so you can easily come by car. Oita Prefecture has famous hot spring resorts such as Yufuin and Beppu, but Oita City also has many natural hot springs that are fed directly from the source spring. There is also a recommended hot spring facility near the apartment, so please enjoy Oita, Oita Prefecture.

We provide 4 face towels, 4 bath towels, and 1 foot towel. The kitchen also has 2 IH stoves, basic cooking utensils, and dishes.It is also recommended for long-term stays and workations. The living room has a table for 4 people and a sofa for 2 people. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom. There are no pajamas, toothbrushes, or slippers. There is no TV or washlet.
