Vacation rentals with beach access in Saidia

Accommodation according to the photos 5 min walk from the beach. Very well equipped and plenty of space. The center is also within walking distance but at least 30 minutes' walk away. Younes is very approachable and always available to help. Thanks to him.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location is perfect and very quiet. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful. He welcomed us warmly and was available for questions throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay and an accommodating host. Clean, modern and well-equipped apartment, a few minutes walk to the beach. Very nice balcony. Clean and very nice pool for children. Amine is very welcoming and very friendly. The residence is very good. The residence's garden is beautiful. Pleasant stay in Saaidia. We had a great time in this apartment.

Fatiha is a super hostess and we are happy to rent this apartment. The apartment is flawless and very nice. It is pleasantly cool in the apartment. We had no problems finding the apartment. The balcony was very pleasant and we sunned there. It is in the immediate vicinity of the beach and there are many bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. The surroundings of the apartment are also very pleasant and full of friendly people. We are very grateful and look forward to coming back.

Mr. Abdelghani is a very welcoming person. The apartment is well-equipped, very clean with a view of the pool in a quiet and secure residence. We felt like we were at home. The residence is well positioned not very far from the city center and a few small km from the seaside resort (Marina de Saidia). We are satisfied, and we surely plan to come back next time.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host Mountassir and co-host Mossy were very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a lovely stay. Welcoming Nawel's parents just o top. The house is large, very well equipped, very comfortable. Our next stay in Morocco will be a reminder in Nawel. Nawel responds quickly to the message and really listens. Thanks again, we had a very nice stay.

In terms of peace of mind, you're all set. I don't have a vehicle, I walked to the sea admiring the view which is magnificent and to go back up there are minibuses, shops are nearby open until late at night and what reassured me the most is being with a family if you need anything they are on the floor below, the place is safe and well frequented frankly I recommend it 100% 👍🏼

Beautiful villa, huge, in the heart of a perfectly secured residence, with all the amenities so you can dream of having a good stay in Saïdia (large pool in the sun, great veranda, ping pong table, pleasant terrace on the first). Very beautiful and clean rooms, and rest of the house perfectly functional. Two minutes' walk to an almost private beach, very nice to be able to go back to the beach-house, and not very popular, very appreciable when you know the crowded beaches of Saïdia. Yasmine and her mom were perfect and welcoming, very accommodating in terms of schedules. Thank you to them!! Only negative point to note, quite far from the city center, but no problem if you are driving (10 minutes). The advantage is that it is very quiet at night.

We had a great time at this beautiful villa! Very well located, close to the beach and amenities, it is spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. The garden and pool offer a real relaxing time. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which adds real comfort to the stay. Quiet and secure residence with a beautiful pool right in front of the apartment not far from shops and the Marina

Top quality Host and place, had a fully working jacuzzi and pool, actually looked better in person, the villa was really clean with toilets and showers, large tv and outdoor furniture, it was the best choice I made to utilise the sunny weather. All in all a great experience, both the host and security made it well worth it. Will definitely be coming back if im in saidia. Highly recommend!

Very clean, nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood (not high season). Beautiful beach is within walking distance, shopping facilities as well. The flat is modernly furnished, with Moroccan flair. Nice kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and hot running water. Shower has good Water pressure and enough warm water. Highly recommended, perfect end to our trip, we hope to come back again. Very Friendly host with easy and punctual check-in. Very nice neighbours. Thank you for having us.

We had a memorable stay! I felt right at home, with all the necessary equipment and not to mention the cleanliness! I was pleasantly surprised by the green and peaceful outdoors with a store located in the complex with everything we needed.
