Vacation rentals with a patio in Sai Kaew Beach

The room was very clean and we slept really well. We made our own breakfast, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The apartment offered beautiful views of the pool and the sea. The location was excellent, all services and a supermarket were nearby. Thank you for the lovely accommodation!

Another fabulous stay at Crystal Beach. The pool is huge and right on the beach. Elizabeth’s place is perfect for families. The house has lots of space and big bedrooms. The downstairs is perfect for entertaining. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Left just a few hours ago and already miss it. Really enjoyed my month here. This is not a place for lots of night life or entertainment, but more of a peaceful, quiet, laid back environment right on the beach. Spectacular view. It’s also worth mentioning the bed is very comfortable ( which can be a hit or miss at times ). Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

The room is clean and the ace was quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach to enjoy swimming. There is also a pool where you can enjoy and relax. The host is responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo. We'll surely be back next time.

Undoubtedly a hidden gem! This place is right in front of the beautiful sea, with crystal-clear water where you can literally see the bottom. The beach in front of the apartment is peaceful and uncrowded—you’ll feel like you have it all to yourself. The room is spacious, with a powerful AC and a 195-liter fridge, which is super convenient. Literally, everything here is perfect! There’s an amazing smoothie bar just behind the BnB, and the breakfast at Flow Cafe is absolutely delicious. You have everything you need in one place: grab some beers, order satay from friendly local vendors who come right to you, and relax in this stunning setting. Highly recommended—you won’t regret it! Sia and her sister are absolutely amazing people—so warm, helpful, and welcoming.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jonathan’s place. The house is stunning – spacious, beautifully renovated, and equipped with air conditioning in every room. Everything felt brand new, spotless, and extremely well cared for. The property sits within a gorgeous, high-end gated community with two swimming pools, lush landscaping, and a calm, secure atmosphere. It’s also just a short walk to a lovely beach and surrounded by a fantastic selection of delicious restaurants. One of the true highlights was the garden – it’s absolutely gorgeous, huge, and immaculately maintained. It offered the perfect space to relax, enjoy meals outdoors, and let the kids play safely. Jonathan was an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Communication was smooth and effortless from start to finish, and everything was perfectly organised. This was the most comfortable and enjoyable stays we’ve had anywhere. I can’t recommend it highly enough – a truly five-star experience!

We were so happy to spend a few days in this peaceful place in front of the sea. The house was big enough for our group of 7 people. Great restaurants & bars in the surroundings. Preeyadha and her husband are really friendly and gave us advice on the best spots to see in Koh Samet. Thank you so much !

숙소에 전기 이슈가 있었지만 Richard가 빠르게 다른 숙소를 준비해줘서 원만하게 숙소에 머무를수있었습니다. 감사합니다. 숙소는 pinnery park에 있어요. 구글 맵스에 “suanson beach” (big c mini 옆）라고 치고 오는게 정확합니다. 입구에 편의점이 있어서 아주 편했습니다. 해변도 도보로 3분정도면 도착해서 만족스러웠어요. 숙소주변에 큰 쇼핑몰은 없고 해변에 점포? 라고햐야하나 작은 밥집들이 많이있어요. 구글에서 별점도 높고 맛있었어요. 근처에 수산시장도 있어요. 해변이 너무 이쁘고 물도 얕아서 아이랑 놀기 좋았어요. 해변이 대체적으로 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 숨겨진 보석같은 곳이에요. 저희가족은 차량을 렌트해서 숙소에 왔어요. 20-30분 떨어진곳에 센트럴 라용이 있어서 그곳에도 자주 갔습니다. 아쉽게 걸어서 갈수있는 마사지샵은 못찾았어요. 이 숙소는 진정한 휴가, 휴식을 즐기고 싶은 분께 추천드려요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 라용에 머물고 싶어요. 좋은숙소 감사합니다. 좋은 추억 만들다 가요:)

4th time staying for a reason

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Buchung. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr hilfreich und haben stets umgehend geantwortet. Super Service, sehr hilfsbereit. Leider waren ein paar lange schwarze Haar in den Wohnung aber ansonsten war alles perfekt - wie erhofft und wie man sich das wünscht... vielen Dank!!!

The building is new, the shower is a little bit narrow. No door or curtains the til3d. Difficult to avoid to wet. Big screen tv(55 ") for a small room

Заселение прошло без проблем. Нас встретили, проводили до квартиры, все показали и объяснили. В квартире чисто, ничего лишнего, но не хватало тумбочек или хотя бы полок в шкафах. Ванные комнаты чистые, был шампунь и гель для душа, ватные палочки и шапочки для душа, запасы пополнялись во время уборки. Уборка производилась раз в 7 дней по нашему запросу без доплат. Территория чистая, ухоженная, но так как мы были с маленьким ребенком, то нам бы хотелось, чтобы были горки или какие-либо развлечения для детей. Кондо находится в стороне от дороги и поэтому всегда тишина. На все наши вопросы и запросы отвечали сразу .Рекомендуем.

The place is home away from home. We had peaceful and happy time there. I only took a star from the location because the condo entrance is at the large curve of the road which drivers need to be more careful entering or exiting. Actually I think the net covered your very large balcony somehow diminished both the view and the overall ambiance of the sea but it's totally understandable with the nice furnitures at the balcony to be protected from the birds. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you.

Kaps Mountain condo was the perfect place to relax. The local beach is a few minutes walk & was lovely & clean. The pool is lovely & you can look across the tree tops to the ocean whilst swimming. Lots of other interesting places to visit in the area. Knitpa not only helped me with transport from the airport but also during my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want peace & tranquility away from busy then I can highly recommend Knitpas place. Also her driver Pol & his wife Kaew were amazing. Thank you Knitpa
