房东人很好，很热情的接待我们入住。别墅很新，卫生情况很好，甚至比照片上更漂亮。泳池可以及时清理，大家玩的很开心。非常幸运可以在芭提雅住到这么好的房子！

it was lovely to stay in , the villa was big and spacious and clean , the host was very helpful and responsive she helped me alot , i would like to thank her alot

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

Thank you Paul, Kak, and Art and sister for being amazing hosts, your home is very clean,spacious, and well laid out for a large family, with kitchen, bathroom and two family rooms with TV's downstairs, and a further bathroom and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which also has the ensuite with jacuzzi (which our children loved!) and we were thankful for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Thank you for the towel for each guest, which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the use of the community pool which was very refreshing after busy mornings sight-seeing! Your home is in a quiet complex about 15 mins away from Pattaya centre and beach so it was lovely to have peace on our return each day. The main road is only 100 yards away which gives access to lots of bars, restaurants and a foodmarket which we enjoyed exploring! All in all, we loved that you took the time to ensure we had everything we needed during our holiday including booking our transfer to Bangkok on our last

The place is very nice and clean, perfect for a family of 5 even 6, beautiful and clean. The maid comes in and clean everyday. Good location and close to the beach.

Отличное жилье, прекрасный владелец. У нас была поддержка и помощь от Ванвисы - постоянно на связи. Само жилье очень уютное. Есть парковка для нескольких байков или 1ой машины. До пляжа ехать минут 15. Рядом есть большой магазин Лотус.

The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place demands one. This is the most relaxing beach stay in Thailand. Host are great. Location is amazing. Beach is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet lazy beach holiday, this is the place.

I really loved it here. This listing is exactly as described. The room is big and spacious with a very comfy bed. The house is extremely peaceful. And you are a small walk from the beach with a good selection of resteraunts. Vara is a extreme kind and friendly host, she gave me many good tips and advice about the area. And i enjoyed many coconuts and fresh fruits. Thank you so much. 😊🙌🌅

Villa is awesome like dream house everything was comfortable just like home. We had one of the best times and we will be visiting again for sure. Thank you Sek for great hosting and arranging everything what we asked including bike. We enjoyed everyday fresh coconuts from directly Villa tree, was one of the best experiences and ofcourse beach in front of Villa, calm quite peaceful time relaxing …. Marriott was one of best thing too which is just next 2 min you can enjoy free gym etc …get 20% discount on Villa pass on food very reasonable. Overall it was wow time we had. Me and my family come to Rayong every year for many years. This villa was one of the best! New quipments, very clean, perfect location and reasonable price! The host was very helpful. We definitely come again! ;)

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Thank you very much Hans and his team. Will come back here again in the near future for sure.

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

Had a great stay at Tony's place. Location is great. It's near the beach and restaurants but it's also quiet and peaceful. Tony was really helpful too. I would book again

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

ที่พักสวยมาก เหมือนในรูป ทางเข้าค่อนข้างลึกลับนิดหน่อย แต่คุ้มค่าจริงๆค่ะ วิวสวยมากๆ เหมือนในรูปเลย ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ เพื่อนๆชอบกันทุกคน ในห้องนอนสามารถนอนได้ถึง3คน/ห้อง ห้องทำกิจกรรมโอเคเลยค่ะ อยู่กัน6คนกำลังพอดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีพร้อมมาก ที่ทำป๊อปคอร์นน่ารักมากจริงๆ ห้องพักสะอาดหมดจด ห้องหอมมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวยสะอาดน่าเล่น ทางที่พักได้เตรียมน้ำแข็ง ถ่านสำหรับปิ้งย่างให้ด้วย ขอบคุณ Mr.Douglas สำหรับการดูแลที่ดีมากๆค่ะ
