A few miles out of Rouen, you will enjoy our independent cottage. We have created a cosy home for your weekend or holidays. The bottom floor offers 3 spaces : the complete kitchen, a lounge with a nice sofa bed to rest or read… with direct access to a private terrace. On the second floor, a large bedroom with shower room and independent toilets will help you rest in a very calm environment. You may enjoy some walks or hikes in the Roumare’s wood or along the river Seine Bikers 🚴 welcome !

Normandy, Rouen, Peggy's house

Nice little country house of 63 m² with windows on both sides and sun all day. Cozy and practical, it accommodates up to 6 people thanks to 3 bedrooms, including an office with a sofa bed. The shower room (currently undergoing a makeover) is small but functional, with a sink, a large mirror, and a toilet. The living room is very welcoming thanks to the kitchen that opens to the living room with a balcony, and its island. The garden is located at the back of the house.
